Hi Everyone,

My organization plans to develop or sponsor development of a Coin to be used in civic tech.

We promote transparency and all the pre-mined coins will be given to causes voted by the users - existing Civic Coin owners.

Because it is a civic approach we believe we can ask users to keep their wallets open to help the network.

I do have some questions.

What encrypt do you recommend on a 100% pre-mined coin?

What is the maximum number of coins I can pre-mine? Can I pre-mine trillions?

If I am looking to recruit a dev team where should I do it?

Can you help with other notes about 100% pre-mined crypto currencies?
