1  Other / Politics & Society / $10,000 REWARD BTC offered for names behind news hoaxers on: November 30, 2016, 05:56:30 PM
'Truth in news' citizen offers $10,000 reward for names of PropOrNot news hoaxers behind the WashPo Russian conspiracy fabrication

A private citizen working in the public interest to increase news transparency has announced a $10,000 reward, payable in Bitcoin, for the names of the PropOrNot news hoaxers. If successful, the names will be shared with the FBI, Sen. Jeff Sessions and the Trump administration.

Last week, the Washington Post was hoaxed by PropOrNot, which tricked the Post into printing an article that falsely claimed 200 independent news websites were being run by the Russian government. Natural News demanded the Washington Post retract the fabricated story, but the Post has so far refused to issue a retraction or apology, proving the news organization has abandoned all pretense of reporting factual news.

Here are the guidelines of the offer, as described to Natural News:

• The reward is payable in Bitcoin.

• The reward is open to any person, anywhere on the planet, except where such an offer may be prohibited by law.

• The reward is not open to persons inside the PropOrNot organization.

• "Success" for qualifying to receive the reward Bitcoins is defined as follows:

- Names and unique identifiers (such as home addresses) must be provided for a minimum of TEN members of the PropOrNot group (which currently claims 30 or so members).

- A chain of evidence must be provided that conclusively proves the people named are behind the PropOrNot news hoaxing organization. In other words, a person can't just make up 10 names and claim they are the founders. There must be clear, convincing evidence that conclusively links the people to the organization.

- The reward is only payable ONCE and only payable to the FIRST researcher to provide the required details. There is no reward for being second.

- If the identities of the PropOrNot group are somehow made public BEFORE this reward is issued, then the reward will no longer be offered, since the information is already public knowledge.

Don’t trigger Article 50 just leave

I used two separate paragraphs from this article.

It seems to me the current government is executing a con job on the people of the UK. Of course they must now that getting out is very easy indeed, yet they choose not to go down this avenue.

Despite my best attempts, says professor of international law Ingrid Detter de Frankopan, everyone has been deaf to the painstakingly simple course for the United Kingdom to take: don’t trigger Article 50 at all.

Second rate lawyers are misleading everyone in the country by insisting that, in order to leave the European Union it is essential to “trigger” Article 50 in its entirety. This line has been swallowed whole by the government, the media and commentators. It is, however, absolute nonsense. Under international law and under Article 50 (1) itself, only notice to leave is necessary.

The horror that I feel about this misdirection is compounded by that the fact that if Article 50(2) is ‘triggered’ it implies that the UK government accepts that the EU will decide the conditions of UK’s withdrawal. This has serious consequences. An arbitrary two-year negotiation window; a supreme agency problem between negotiating parties (the European Commission and various powerful governments) and a ratification process that is far from certain. All the while we will be contributing approximately £40bn gross, or £20bn net, to the European project. We will be paying for them to negotiate – and once we get to the end of the timeline there will be no real incentive to reach prompt agreement, as well as no reason to be true to their negotiated position. In fact any excuse of an election, a financial crisis or a small war – could derail years and millions of man-hours of work

Article 50 we do have provides that:

1. Any member state may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.

2. A member state which decides to withdraw shall notify the European Council of its intention. In the light of the guidelines provided by the European Council, the Union shall negotiate and conclude an agreement with that state, setting out the arrangements for its withdrawal, taking account of the framework for its future relationship with the Union. That agreement shall be negotiated in accordance with Article 218(3) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. It shall be concluded on behalf of the Union by the Council, acting by a qualified majority, after obtaining the consent of the European Parliament.

3. The treaties shall cease to apply to the state in question from the date of entry into force of the withdrawal agreement or, failing that, two years after the notification referred to in paragraph 2, unless the European Council, in agreement with the member state concerned, unanimously decides to extend this period.

4. For the purposes of paragraphs 2 and 3, the member of the European Council or of the Council representing the withdrawing member state shall not participate in the discussions of the European Council or Council or in decisions concerning it.
A qualified majority shall be defined in accordance with Article 238(3)(b) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.

5. If a state which has withdrawn from the Union asks to rejoin, its request shall be subject to the procedure referred to in Article 49.

Thus, as provided in Article 50(1), a Member State may withdraw without any other conditions “in accordance with its own constitutional arrangements”. Since the United Kingdom is singularly fortunate in this situation that there is no written constitution, the UK is clearly free to act in any way it sees fit and proper. It is important to stress that there is no need for any agreement at all with the EU. (The UK is also fortunate not to have the euro as a withdrawal for the eurozone states is much more complicated).

Greenpeace Netherlands has released secret TTIP negotiation documents. We have done so to provide much needed transparency and trigger an informed debate on the treaty. This treaty is threatening to have far reaching implications for the environment and the lives of more than 800 million citizens in the EU and US.

Whether you care about environmental issues, animal welfare, labour rights or internet privacy, you should be concerned about what is in these leaked documents. They underline the strong objections civil society and millions of people around the world have voiced: TTIP is about a huge transfer of power from people to big business.

Woman who won $8.5m jackpot at casino is denied her winnings because managers claim the slot machine 'malfunctioned'
Veronica Castillo was playing on the slot machines
She believed she had won the jackpot on the machine called Jurassic Riches
Casino staff believed otherwise and say the machine's display was wrong

For five minutes, she was a multi-millionaire!

Veronica Castillo, from Portland, Oregon thought she had struck it lucky after hitting an $8 million jackpot.

The loan officer was playing alongside her mother on the slots at Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, Washington last weekend, when she put $100 in the machine and spun the digital wheels.

The machine declared her to be a winner but all she ended up getting was a measly $80 after staff at the casino say the winning payout was in fact an error.

This is why I am not getting paid and many others who invest in these schemes

Hello Readers,

Hope that all of you are doing well. Last week there were not any big activities in HYIP industry. So, I had got enough time to write something useful for you. You know, sometimes we see one program has different status on different monitors. When maximum monitors have PAYING status, some monitors are with NOT PAYING or PROBLEM status. I’ll try to discuss about this situation and some signs which indicate that a HYIP is going to scam.

Well, I’m talking about big and popular HYIP programs, most of those don’t become scam in just 1 day. And that’s why you may see different status on different monitors. First of all, the most common case is “Selective Payments” strategy from HYIP admins. Maximum big programs use this strategy at their last stage. “Selective Payments” means they pay to monitors and some small investors only. And as you know there 90% monitors are ready to sell their “STATUS “ for few bucks. What you may not know that some cheap monitors sell their “STATUS” for even 5-10 cents. YES! This is the reality and I’ll show you some proof in near future. Well, now come back to the main point, the most common case is this “Selective Payments” strategy, for what you see different status in different monitors. Simply, those monitors who don’t accept “Selective Payments” will set “NOT PAYING” status and other monitors who are getting paid will keep “PAYING STATUS” for the same HYIP programs.

Another case is “information” sometimes HYIP admins can cheat with a big investor, but he wants to keep running his program with the “PAYING“ status, so he will be paying to small investors and monitors. Now, one big investor ’XX’ has got scammed from a HYIP named ‘YY, but all other investors are getting paid regularly. But that investor ‘XX‘ is an responsible person and he wants to inform it to other peoples that the program ‘YY‘ is a scam. So, he decide to inform this matter to the monitor named ‘AA‘ which one is known as a trusted and honest monitor. Now, ‘AA‘ has the information that ‘YY‘ has scammed an investor. So ‘AA‘ has right to change their status to NOT PAYING for the program ‘YY‘. But other monitors don’t have this information so they’ll keep the PAYING status for ‘YY‘ even some of those monitors really care about investors and don’t accept “selective payments“.

Another case is “blackmailing the HYIP admin”. You may not know when a HYIP program launch, almost 90% HYIP monitors send an “Invitation” to that admin to buy their listings. There is no wrong with this “invitation”. But some Monitor admins are very sensitive like a teenage girl, they can’t accept a refuse from hislover HYIP admin. So, they try to blackmail that admin with a NOT PAYING status on his monitor. Their vision is “buy our listing or get NOT PAYING status on our monitor”. Fortunately, these kinds of monitors are not known as a trusted monitor not they are popular.

Finally, my personal opinion is to stay away from those programs which have mixed STATUS on different monitors. But you also have to recognize honest and fake monitors. As the honest monitors are little in number, it’s better to recognize honest monitors only and follow their statuses. When there are no trusted monitors available for a program, you should stay away from that program.

By the way, you may also know some reason for mixed STATUSES for a program, why not share with others by making a reply here.

Thanks for reading, if you have any questions or suggestions, don’t hesitate to contact me.
Regards Alex Vegas
