In EOS or any other DPOS do the block producers/delegates know each others IP addresses so blocks are transferred faster between them? If so, couldn't they ddos each other, especially if they are voted out they could ddos the lowest ranked to get back in - not sure how easy this is technically

Is it normal to infrequently see errors retrieving trade/depth history by API from BTC-E? Or should I never see them.

I seem to be seeing at least one such error each day, I am running my script on an Amazon EC2.
