11  Other / Beginners & Help / What cause transactions to split in to seperate ones? on: February 05, 2015, 10:50:44 PM
Just browsing blockchain and I see things like this:

Does it all go to the same address? Surely it can't be a fee for that value? The values also seem to go up and down?
12  Economy / Services / Needing: Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaking people to translate. [BTC] on: February 03, 2015, 04:48:24 PM
Needing translators, must have impeccable grammar for translating those languages. Around 300 lines, some lines have 1 or 2 words, some have 10 words.

Shouldn't take too long, no longer than a hour or so. Offering 0.25BTC per language.

If you're interested, post below.

Will eventually be wanting Japanese, Italian translating too. For the mean time, only the other 3.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What gives Bitcoin the advantage over cash? on: January 29, 2015, 09:53:18 PM
The whole point (or not) is that there is no owner and it's decentralized. Some people use bitcoin because they don't trust banks or dislike them. What happens with Bitcoins when the internet ceases to exist for whatever reason, it will be rendered invalid right?
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Why isn't my RPC SErver working? on: January 29, 2015, 04:15:35 PM
I'm trying to run a server on my localmachine to connect to via my website, all my .conf file seems fine, but it's not working, see check my server:
http://81.156.8.189:21004/

Port 21004, because it's an alt coin but also it's not working on bitcoin. I'm sure my ports are forwarded because I've checked a port checker online.

My conf file are like so:

server=1
rpcuser=demo123
rpcpassword=123demo
rpcallowip=*
rpcport=21004 (in my bitcoin conf it's 8332)

Can anyone access my rpc server by clicking the IP above, I've turned my firewall off so it's not that.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / pool 0 slow/down or url credentials invalid on: January 29, 2015, 03:13:49 PM
Hi, I am solo mining an altcoin with cfgminer, and it mines but then after a few minutes says the follow: "pool 0 slow/down or url credentials invalid"

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What's to stop Cryptocurrencies eventually running out of coins? on: January 26, 2015, 09:12:02 PM
Over time, people lose wallets, misplace them etc, so what's to stop Bitcoin or any other Cryptocurrency from dropping to hardly any coins?
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Need someone to compile altcoin, get merkel etc, fill out the source and recompi on: January 25, 2015, 08:17:24 PM
I am running windows so I can't compile, tried the instructions with no avail, so I'm paying someone to compile. I haven't done the initial compile. so you will need to do that, mine the first block for the genesis etc add it to the source and recompile. Or I'm willing to pay for all the files, and dependencies,

I've tried compiling but get an error with boost::warning... anyway name your price.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / are there any altcoins that limit hashing power? on: January 25, 2015, 02:28:39 AM
So the big guys don't have an advantage. That'd be a good concept for a new coin, limited mining to 5GH for sha... If that is even possible.
