I'm going to offer my escrow service but I'm not going to manage any money I'll just decide if there will be any kind of dispute

So how it works

I'm going to use this website bitescrow.org

Example
-User A has some apples that wants to sell to User B

-Users A and Users B contact me and I'll give them an Invitation Code (one for User A and one for User B)
(Do not tell the invitation code to the other user untill you receive what you have bought)

-Users A go to Bitescrow.org and click on "Payee" he put his  "Escrow Invitation Code" and then click on Generate Payment Invitation and he'll get "Payment Invitation" and "Address"(to receive the money)

-User A send to User B "Payment Invitation" and "Address" ( Do not send those info to me or I could withdraw your btc )

-User B go to Bitescrow.org  and click on "Payer" , put his  "Escrow Invitation Code" and his "Payment Invitation Code" if it doesn't give errors he can send btc to the address provided by the User A

-User A check using Blockchain.info/address/ if the User B has made the payment to the address provided and the he send the apples to User B

- If User B get the apples can give his  "Escrow Invitation Code" to User A

-User A go to Bitescrow.org  and click on "Payer" and put his "Escrow Invitation Code" , the "Escrow Invitation Code" of User B and the "Payment Invitation"  then he will get private key that he can import in his client

-(if there will be any kind of dispute I'll check proof and then I will decide to give an "Escrow Invitation Code" to one users so he can get him money)

As you can see it's really safe for both party because I can't steal your bitcoins

Hypothetically, if I was able to sell a product x for which is bought via credit card in order to buy Bitcoins  can someone get away with saying they never got the product x ? In other words, they can't claim they never got it the item when it will be very obvious.
