28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Titan Z vs Fury X - AMD vs NVIDIA showdown on: July 18, 2015, 01:37:40 PM
so i currently have the option to choose from the best GPU currently on the market to make my computer breathe fire.. what is better for mining overall? the titan is almost 2x the fury's cost, but AMD is known to make better minerz.. hard questions, hard life.. also, whats the meaning of life?
29  Economy / Services / looking for someone to fix my S5 miner on: July 18, 2015, 11:00:44 AM
i dont know if this is a thing or if anyone can really do this, but.. i have an s5 that only hashes off 1 board and very inconsistently.. miner status rows shows 0000 for top asic and ---- for bottom.. it will also only run for about half an hour and then stop. it will still be accessible through web interface, but not actually provide any hashing output..
i really have no idea how this happened to it..

anyway, im curious if anyone on here could fix this.. im not keen on sending it back to bitmain cause i dont think they will like the custom fans etc it has..
i will obviously cover shipping back and forth (domestic USA is preferred).. name your price!
thx Smiley

edit: i will have to limit this to trusted members only i think for obvious reasons
30  Economy / Goods / ELC 3000w voltage regulator for fun and voltage conversion! on: July 17, 2015, 11:39:07 PM
Brand new, I just got this as a replacement from the manufacturer after killing my previous one. I have not even so much as tested it, though I can if anyone wants me to.. ELC T-3000 is the model to be precise.
It will both upregulate/downregulate 110v-210/220v for up to 3000w, though its not recommended to surpass about 70-80% of that rating. It has sockets for US/EU/UK plugs
A quick google search will show you what it looks like, but images are available upon request..
My asking price is $50 without and $60 with shipping (domestic USA) - its quite heavy
31  Economy / Computer hardware / WTB s5/sp20 USA-help tarzan2's hashrate thread on: July 16, 2015, 06:38:33 AM

thx

escrow almost always required unless your a scammer, then none of course but i pay you price in dog droppings (mixed with my own, of course) sent via overnight fed ex

edit: edited cause it was too boring and its 4AM so what else is there to do

34  Bitcoin / Mining support / zombie power supply on: June 24, 2015, 11:52:29 PM
hey people.. i am having a somewhat strange problem with a lepa 1600w-the gold one.. after running power through a kill-a-watt switch to the psu while it was powering an sp20 for maybe a couple hours.. i then turned off the circuit for some unrelated reason and when it came back up, the psu wouldnt start up while connected to the kill-a-watt.
long story short, it now only runs about 1/2 an sp20 when before i could feed it 1 and a half at normal clock speeds and it'd ask for more.. it just crashes whenever i give it a little more than maybe 400w
any ideas or thoughts?
35  Economy / Computer hardware / 4sale Bitmain's Antminer S4+ USA-4SOLD on: June 24, 2015, 09:41:13 PM
so i have this s4+ antminer that would mine like tons of ants except it got in a fight with my circuit cause it likes 240V and my circuit doesnt go that way.. and so I figure its best we part ways..

scratch that babble-heres the deal: perfect condition miner S4+ for sale . if interested PM/Post/poop/whatever
the miner runs like a charm, easily clocks out 2.7-8 Thash if left in a cool room. I have even see it break 3.0 on occasion.. Shipping is from east coast USA and this thing is many antsizes large so I'm gonna limit this sale to NA only.

Anyways, i have a pretty good idea what I want for it.. its about 2 months old.. never overclocked (mainly because you cant overclock this model).. so let me know and i'll consider..
under 750$ is not gonna happen

oh and i would be open to trades for other miners... scrypt especially
36  Economy / Collectibles / Looking to purchase a large amount of cheap unfunded coins-CLOSED on: June 21, 2015, 10:46:18 PM
Hey talkers I'm looking to buy physical coins that either have a private key taked on or include the necessary DIY parts to do such a thing (obviously I could generate my own keys). I want to buy in bulk >20 and I'm willing to spend around $5-10. I'm not particularly interested in the aesthetic tho I could be tempted to spend a bit more if they are especially pleasing.

Shipped to the Peoples republic of American states

38  Economy / Digital goods / bitz4titz.com on: June 04, 2015, 06:56:12 AM
yes i now have the honor of holding this fine domain. unfortunately, people are not likely to give many bitz for my titz and so i am looking to pass this torch along to a true olympian in both tits and bits and zs. if you have interest in this domain, please post or pm.. hopefully, some day we will live in a world where no bitz are exchanged 4 titz and we all have just the right amount of both, but that is not this day. unless you think it is, then please go enjoy your day ! that is all
39  Economy / Services / looking for someone to do some configurational coding for a raspberry pi on: June 02, 2015, 12:54:51 PM
