I can get BTCs cheaper on a third-party exchange why should I purchase from you?
Time is money and if you have funds available generally I can get BTCs to you in hours not days as is sometimes the issue with exchanges. The premium price you pay is the advantage of a speedy delivery.

I sent my moneygram information but I haven't received my BTCs.
Generally I'm available in the evenings EST and will accept/process payments then. Once a payment has been accepted the BTCs will be sent.

I sent you the MTCN and other details for Western Union but I haven't received my BTCs.
You can check the status of your Western Union payment online. As in the above answer, I am generally available in the evenings EST and will visit the Western Union then and process BTC payment then.

How do I know you'll send me my BTCs?
