It's been 2 days I'm not able to send JSON-RPC commands from dedicated server #2 to dedicated server #1 (bitcoind host) because I continue to get CURL error: Failed to connect to <IP> port 18332: Connection refused (status code: 0)
Running on CentOS/CloudLinux 7, tested CURL (method getinfo and validateaddress) from two different Linux servers, tested on Bitcoin Core v0.17 (currently running) and v0.18.
Only localhost is able to send RPC commands with success status 200.

Then I tried to withdraw those bitcoins but unfortunately I don't see that amount in my available funds to withdraw because of the following reason in their FAQ page:

I coded my own algorithm for retrieving fee from a received tx (through getrawtransaction command).
By doing some stress tests I encountered the following tx: ab6a33a6281bb9d9a98949e50ac875f1d550e02e030e28a8800f280e2192ac51 (open with blockr.io or blocktrail.com)

0.51796901 (inputs) - 0.51740385 (output spent) = 0.00056516 (fee)
Sounds ok according to the shown inputs and outputs on blockr.io and blocktrail.

BUT...
My own script reports the following: tx-result (values got fetched from bitcoind)
There are no inputs with 0.51596901 and only got an input with 0.001, so where the hell did block explorers get those numbers? What's the algorithm? I can't figure it out and started to get mad...

By the way, my script successfully calculated the correct fee of the following txs:

I'm coding a specific PHP script that requires to retrieve the fee from a received transaction.
Let's focus on the following transactions that I received on my own testnet address:

Transaction with fees: 7f502f28ca8d162300a1bbc8cb7dfa6f38533596ac97c29e1d1de9ca614ae350
Transaction with no fees: 9afe2bf122e4ec26cff427015ea680f4e03877077376d1d9b1c6d6f63563acc7

I couldn't figure out how to get the fee out of the transactions, so can you suggest me all possible methods? Thank you!
I'm actually storing all send-receive transactions on my database through blocknotify + walletnotify + gettransaction.

PS: do not confuse my help request with calculating the fee of transactions prematurely before sending.
