1  Economy / Goods / Late 2016 15.4" Macbook Pro Touchbar on: May 07, 2020, 04:27:59 AM
Computer is in great condition. I am shipping from the US and would prefer to stick domestic but am open to considering otherwise. This computer was just serviced by Applecare about 3 months ago and was overhauled  to have a new screen, keyboard, motherboard, battery, SSD and fan. I will provide some pictures of the computer tomorrow but here are the specs:

late 2016 touchbar model macbook pro 15"
1tb SSD
i7 quad core
16gb RAM
Radeon pro 460

I got what (at the time) was the best GPU you could get on this model. This computer is surprisingly fast for being a laptop, no less a Mac, and handles games very well. With a Bootcamp partition, windows only games run very smoothly and the screen looks great.

I'm asking for $1550 USD equivalent, preferably in BTC. I paid over $4000 for this computer when I got it and with the recent overhaul it is in perfect, virtually brand new condition. Feel free to PM for questions.

I'm the original owner. Its a great camera but I don't use it as much as I thought I would.

Feel free to post questions or PM me if you need me to find any information.
If your interested, please post in this thread or PM me and we can try to figure out a fair price.
3  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Macbook Pro Retina 2.7ghz 16gb 750gb SSD on: August 21, 2017, 03:13:56 AM
Top of the line when new. http://imgur.com/WbyqBRI
Works great, no issues.
Full specs

2.7ghz i7 Quad Core
16gb RAM
750gb Solid State Drive
Retina display 2880x1800

This is the model released right before the touch bar. It has USB ports and all that good stuff, no optical drive though.

Feel free to post questions or PM me if you need me to find any information regarding it. I am the original owner and it had Applecare but I believe that expired recently.

I'm not sure whether I should auction this or sell it for a fixed price SO if your interested, please post in this thread or PM me and we can try to figure out a fair price.

This is my first attempt to sell things for BTC so I think we should find an escrow service but I'm open to doing it in a way that ensures no one gets scammed. I also have several other items up for sale and I expect to be selling more in the near future. Because of my relatively fresh account status, I'm willing to offer lower prices than I usually would for this first round of items to help build up some trust. I would also appreciate advice on what people would potentially be interested in buying with BTC for the next round.
4  Economy / Goods / Selling Items on: August 20, 2017, 10:13:26 PM
I learned about Bitcoin in early 2011, mined a few as a part of Slush's pool and then gave away the computer and forgot about BTC because I was in high school and didn't have any money. Fast forward to today, I am now an adult and need to make some money. I was in school for a few years but this year I quit school to work full time. I started following BTC again when it broke $600 and I've been cheering it all the way, telling all my relatives to get invested while not personally having any money left over after bills and expenses to invest in BTC myself. After BTC hit $4,000 a piece I decided to start reading about it again and it looks to me like this is just the beginning. With that in mind, I want to trade some of my 'assets' for BTC or ETH or other cryptos so I can have some personal investment in BTC and get some extra cash flow to help pay the bills.

tl;dr I love Bitcoin and I want to get some. I'm hoping to trade some of my assets for BTC. I own all of these items, have them on hand and am happy to use an escrow service and can provide all the evidence in the world to prove that I own the items and am not scamming. My account is old and I never posted but you have to realize that this account was attached to an email that I forgot the information to 4 years ago so I had to reset 2 separate emails to get back in and the last time I had access to it, I was in high school and had nothing to contribute to the conversation so the fact that I never posted shouldn't be much a surprise to anyone.

List of items I'm hoping to sell
1. Leica x1, excellent condition. Currently discontinued, comes with a custom leather case.  https://www.amazon.com/Leica-X1-Digital-Discontinued-Manufacturer/dp/B002NX13QC
2. Macbook Pro 750gb SSD 15" Retina i7 2.7ghz 16gb Ram, excellent condition. Asking $900
3. 55" LG HDTV Works great, have the remote and everything.

I also have a couple watches so if anyone is interested in those or has any questions, PM me and I'll send details.

If you aren't interested in the actual items, what do you think is the best way for me to trade these for BTC/crypto? Should I post each one as a seperate post in Marketplace>Goods? Should I post the stock under Marketplace>Securities? That seemed geared towards BTC based securities but this company is probably going to start accepting BTC soon so it might be relevant? Tips appreciated.
