I am currently charging an 7-10% fee for this service as exchanging voucher codes for Bitcoin is risky business. It ties up lots of my money whilst I wait for Bitcoin to be cashed out and sent back into my account and I have to pay tax on any profits made. I am also at significant risk of a crash wiping me out. In short, it's a decent deal if you want to avoid the hassles of dealing with exchanges and having to explain to the taxman where the money comes from.

With the BTC price falling sharply, I predict that ASIC's will suddenly start to ship to customers.

Why? Because at $250/btc, it made no sense to ship a device which could make so much money.

Now that the price has fallen over, it will make financial sense to start shipping to customers instead of mining themselves.
