I think a bit about this, and I invent a method of using bitcoin notes in close to usual banknotes way.
You need 3-th side in this, say paperbitcoins.com
You need to create an account on paperbitcoins.com and preload it with some bitcoins on you'r main wallet.
Next you need to create a bills what you need. Say 500 mBTC, 1 BTC, 1 BTC, 2 BTC, 2 BTC, 5 BTC, 10 BTC.
Then you got the barcodes, related to this bills. It's not bitcoin keys, it's paperbitcoins.com-inside codes.
Then you need to print the notes like this

in my example it will be 7 notes with nominals 0.5, 1, 1, 2, 2, 5 and 10 BTC. Probably you need to use a different colors for different face value for usability reasons, but it's not matter. You need you'r barcodes on that notes. Actually paperbitcoins.com can automatically generate for you 7 svg files with you'r notes.
Then you need a RSA SecurID token, connected to you account on paperbitcoins.com.
You also need the public key from your main wallet for your change. You can paint it on your RSA token for example.

Say, you need to pay 2,9 BTC.
You find 1 BTC and 2 BTC notes in your wallet and give it, with your RSA token, to the seller.
Then the seller scan codes from your notes, enter the authentication code from your RSA token (in software from paperbitcoins.com), and got 3 BTC from you. Then the seller scan public key from the main wallet and charge you 0.1 BTC back. You can't control you charge back, but if you care, you can print a many small notes, like 50 mBTC and pay without a charge.
Then the seller gives you back your notes and RSA token. This is a reusable notes.
When the authentication code on the RSA token will change, or after any amount of time, you choose, more than this, paperbitcoins.com automatically will reload your notes from the main wallet. And now you can use it again.

This is a way more secure than a notes with bitcoin public keys on it. You do not need to hide and bother about your notes.
And my grandma still can use it. I can print a notes for her, give her a token, and tell how to use it.
This is similar to common money, but you need to take it back after you use it.
If you loose it, no one can stole your money, without your token. If you forgot to take you notes back, don't worry, your money is not be lost, you can go to paperbitcoins.com, destroy that notes, take money from them on you main wallet and create new notes.

BTW, I don't know if this is usable, but what do you think?

Биткоин "умер" год назад, сейчас заработать их нереально

Возможно я неправ, но мне казалось, что в самом примитивном случае, количество денег должно отражать стоимость товаров.
 А биткоины с товарами никак не связаны.
 И еще недавно пробегала статейка, об успешной атаке на биткоины (в гугле 30000 ссылок по запросу "Биткоин взлом")
 И если никто не "привяжет" биткоины к реальным деньгам, то никто за них ничего и не получит т.е. они будут высокотехнологичными фантиками.

Why don't I make BFL-preorder? Because it's just a money locking, it's sensless: there are no way to produce a few ASIC chips. If BFL will success, then they will have at least tens of thousands chips, or even more then 100,000. This is totally different situation compared to BFL FPGA devices. In their interest to produce and sell the devices as quick as they can. So I decided to not make preorder, but wait. When and if BFL will success, I'll buy their ACIS devices.
Also as a backup option, I already bought ASICMINER shares. So, if ASICMINER will pay for shares before BFL success I'll also will start my update.

Once I'll start recieving bitcoins from ASIC miners, I'll offer updates:

Скоро лето, и пора подумать о вентиляции.
Придумал такую штуку. На четыре компа, алюминиевая гофра, 200 мм, расстояния между отверствиями около 0,5 м, на входе вентилятор на 800 м3/час. В гофре отверствия так, что дуют сразу на видеокарты в компе. И так как я в аэродинамике совершенно ничего не понимаю, возник вопрос, а как подобрать диаметр дыр так, чтобы воздух шёл со всех примерно одинаковым потоком. Я даже не понимаю, то ли первую от вентилятора сделать поменьше, а дальше увеличивать, то ли наоборот. Или делать равного диаметра, поток всё-равно будет примерно равным?

Люди покупают шары и начинают получать девиденды. Как это происходит? Я перевожу биткоины на счёт ГЛБСЕ, а он уже сам распределяет кому сколько уплатить, автоматом? Если у меня купили 80 шар, а 20 пока ещё у меня, я должен уплатить девиденды по всем 100 шарам, просто 20% упадёт на мой счёт?
Как выкупать шары назад? Если в контракте указано что я могу забрать шары за 105% рыночной стоимости в любой момент, у меня будет кнопка "скупить все шары за ххх.ххх БТЦ"?

Какая проблема есть у Netsukuku? Представте что проект уже запустился, кругом полно людей, которые на своих девайсах запустили клиент, можно что-то как-то работать. Но, вы хотите зайти на лисабонский сайт из Москвы. Представте сколько промежуточных звеньев, представте какой пинг и скорость будет. Это нежизнеспособно в масштабах больших чем масштабы отдельного города.
Нужны магистральные каналы, которые бы роутили через себя Netsukuku-трафик. Но никто не станет на голом энтузиазме это делать, нужны деньги. Тут то и на арену выходит биткоин. Если ввести плату за трафик, со свободной установкой цены, то начнут возникать Netsukuku-магистральщики, которые на этом будут зарабатывать деньги (как сейчас майнеры на биткоине), существующие провайдеры часть полосы начнут отводить под Netsukuku-трафик. Вот тогда этим проектом можно будет пользоваться, и скорость будет не сильно хуже чем в современном интернете.

Возможно, идея не новая, но вот такая идея ко мне пришла.
Выглядит это так: заводишь много кошельков с разным количеством биткоинов, потом к каждому печатаешь QR-код, по которому эти биткоины можно снять, и носишь банкноты с qr-кодами в кошельке. Когда тебе нужно расплатиться, просто отдаешь продавцу банкноту соответствующего номинала (или несколько), он смартфоном считывает код, получает деньги, и выбрасывает использованую банкноту.
Допустим ты часто ездишь на такси, и стоит это тебе 260 рублей. Печатаешь купюры с таким количеством биткоинов, и при проезде просто отдаешь таксисту купюру, он считывает и выбрасывает. Часто покупаешь пиццу по 320 рублей, не беда, отпечатал себе таких купюр, и носишь с собой. Ездишь трамваями? Отпечатам купюры соответствующего номинала, которые одновременно являются и билетами, дал кондуктору, он считал билет и получил деньги. На входе в маршрутку сканер, приложил купюру маршруточного номинала, к сканеру, загорелась зеленая лампочка, тут же выбросил купюру в мусорку возле сканера.

Так как с курсом биткоинов совсем непонятно, сделать программу, которая следит за курсом рубля в интернете, и имеет доступ к кошелькам с деньгами. В реальном времени эта программа будет пополнять кошельки биткоинами, либо снимать часть биткоинов, таким образом, чтобы на кошельке всегда (до первого снятия) хранилась заданая сумма в рублях.
Можно пойти ещё дальше, и брать с интернета не только цены на рубль в биткоинах, но и цены на бензин, например, в рублях. Таким образом, печатать купюры номиналом "20 литров бензина" и возить их с собой в бардачке, программа будет следить, чтобы на такой купюре всегда была сумма в биткоинах, соответствующая 20-и литрам бензина.
Программа может работать даже на локалхосте, для этого ничего специализированого не нужно, кроме стабильного онлайна, но лучше, конечно, чтобы она крутилась где-нибудь в более надёжном месте.

Зачем это, скажете вы, если можно на смартфоне задать соответствующую сумму, отобразить код на дисплее, другим смартфоном считать код и получить тот же функционал.
Ну во первых, быстрее и проще достать с бардачка купюру "20 литров", чем доставать смортфон, запускать приложение, что-то там набирать и всё такое. Во вторых, смартфоны далеко не у всех. В 3-х, вы попробуйте научить 50-и летнюю домохазяйку делать это. В мире с этим проще, там в современных 50-и летних, ПК появился когда им было 20 лет, интернет когда им было 35. У наших же ПК появился когда им было 45, а многие об этих ваших интернетах лишь в телевизоре слышали.
Дальше, попробуйте объяснить обычному человеку, что биткоин как-бы тоже деньги, человеку, для которого всю жизнь деньги были бумажными, и который просто не способен понять что деньги могут быть не только бумагой. А здесь, пожалуйста, хочешь бумажную деньгу, получи.
И последнее, я не до конца понимаю механизм работы биткоина и прошу прокомментировать этот пункт, но при обычном переводе, продавец, чтобы быть уверенным, должен подождать некоторое количество подтверждений перевода. При моей схеме, я полагаю, когда продавец считывает qr-код с деньгами, он может не ждать подтверждений, и быть уверенным что деньги уже у него.

One day, even though the bond prices are still climbing, a risk manager at the original local bank decides that the time has come to demand payment on the debts incurred by the drinkers at Mary's bar. He so informs Mary.

Mary then demands payment from her alcoholic patrons, but, being unemployed alcoholics, they cannot pay back their drinking debts.

Since Mary cannot fulfil her loan obligations she is forced into bankruptcy. So she now is broke.

The bar closes and the 11 employees lose their jobs.

Overnight, Drinkbonds and Alkibonds drop in price by 90%.

The collapsed bond asset value destroys the bank's liquidity and prevents it from issuing new loans, thus freezing credit and economic activity in the community.

The suppliers of Mary's bar had granted her generous payment extensions and had invested their firms' pension funds in the various Bond securities. They find they are now faced with having to write-off her bad debt and with losing over 90% of the presumed value of the bonds.

Her wine supplier also claims bankruptcy, closing the doors on a family business that had endured for three generations. Her beer supplier is taken over by a competitor, who immediately closes the local plant and lays off 150 workers.

Fortunately though, the bank, the brokerage houses and their respective executives are saved and bailed out by a multi-billion euro, no-stringsattached cash infusion from their cronies in government.

The funds required for this bailout are obtained by new taxes levied on employed, middle-class, non-drinkers who have never been in Mary's bar.
