It was hacked before so I got it recovered, then after i got all access I wanted to see if I could recover by security question..
I tried checking it out and now i'm banned

I tried to check out the security question feature to try change passwords to see if it work.. and not it shows "Sorry MAsterV, you are banned from using this forum!
