I want a script that can parse the HTML/CSS of a 4chan.org board for the names fields and validate if they have the following:

- The word Bitcoin

- A valid Bitcoin address

If one or more of the names fields have the following, it will send 0.001%-100% of what is in a Bitcoin wallet to each address respectively (the earliest posts getting paid last). The script has to be configurable by the average computer-literate layman. I'd prefer it to be in a GPL-license and compatible with both Windows and Linux.

Can somebody give me a quote on this job in USD? Of course, payment will be made in Bitcoins.

Some friends and I have tried to register with our regular connections with Tor-based switches but they were blocked. No matter, we got some fresh Tor bridges that aren't on the public listings.

Why is this forum requiring that extra step? You're blocking a major part of your audience with this.

The abuse argument doesn't pan out considering a true abuser knows that public Tor listings are a no-go anyways. They'll go through the trouble of getting fresh bridges like we did.

Help get the word around about how central banks work and how fiat money is only debt used to manipulate societies. Once people realize what is wrong with our current system, they can begin to genuinely accept Bitcoin.
