We know that supply and price are reciprocal. To know if you are trading to  someone who is scammer or not.  First you will noticed to the scammer is they give you a very good offer to you and they have a anonymous personality and they changes their names,look,and id's. They also get so very large downpayment

They also create a anonymous company and you will noticed that the company name is your first time to hear.
Scammers are also telling their experienced that they have been a buyer that so thankful for their products and they telling their personal life. They also a naughty person that he/she will force you to buy or to trust their company.

 Here on the philippines there are congressman. He loves a filipino youth. When he in the congress the government of the Philippines gave him a data that in the philippines there are almost  1.4-1.6 million high school student that will be graduates. But only 700,000 students can continue her/his study in college because other student cant because of poverty. 

The congressman create a 2 bill or act that can help the filipino youth. The bill that he create has been approved by the government.  The bill that he created was a scholarship program to student that have a top on their school. Top 10 students of the school will have a scholarship . Any university or colleges that in a region where the school he/she graduate they can enroll there and her/his tuition are free and all the paying bills will be paid by government.

But how other students that have no top.? The second bill will explained it. I forgot the name of the bill but. It also scholarship in college they will be given almost 22,000 pesos and they can continue their study.The congressman that i am talking to is Congressman Roman T. Romulo.

My post intention is to help readers to save their money.

Some of the employee are not saving their money. They spend it on things that they dont need. For example gadgets,buying a concert ticket, accesories, etc.Buying things that not they need is also like a wasting money. Because this thing give a happiness  not a good life. Saving money is just like securing your future because your savings can help you in emergencies. These are the way to save money .
If you are empolyee. You must save atleast 20% of your salary. The 20% of your salary divides into two .


The 1st way : cash reserves- medical insurance, retirement, life insurance  and if you not have salary yet. And emergency. But dont spend all of you 10% in this emergency. You must know if the injury is serious o not before you spend the 10%.
The cash reserves must equal of your 6 months salary this will help you and ensure you becauas of you loss your job you have extra money .

The 2nd way : investment, business- you can invest in some company so that you have a extra income. And you can also built a small business that will always have an income like apartment.

Example. My wage is $ 7.5 per hour and i work for 8 hours and i work for 20 days. So thar my salary is $1,160 . The 20% of $1,160 is $232 .
So that my cash reserves is $ 116 i can spend this money in emergencies and medical insurance.
If my 6 month salary is $6,960 i can stop my saving money in cash reserves.
