This is how I add more fans to S5 miner. Only pwm is from S5 controller, fans have their own power connector. No fear of over over-loading controller. Fan speed is shown in gui too.

I got my version of S3-controller working as it should, at last. I have a little helper now  . I've had also help with software from other members. Thank you for all of you. Firmware is original, but controller differs slightly from BM controller. I don't have beeper, and led's are little different way. Original ar9331-modules are hard to get and price of them is much too high, so I've used a different module (module came with chinese router software and updating fw from gui was impossible  ). Ofcourse there are other changes too, no schematics of original controller are available and so I had to figure out many things myself. After a few experiments I got everything right, and now it works fine. Some pictures of it:

As many of you know I managed to make a working adapter-board to convert S1 controller work with S3 blades.I have now drawn PCB for it and actually ordered a little batch of these boards made by factory.Many of you can make your own adapter with information given in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=671128.800.
Anyway I wonder if there is anyone interested in ready made boards?And if so, do you want just plain PCB or whole board fully populated and with connectors? I'm asking this because I'll order connectors and regulators more if needed.
Pictures here are of my home-made PCB but factory-made will be double sided.So there are no jumper wires.But lay-out of the board is pretty much the same as in pics here.

I have made several prototypes and they work pretty well.I've kept that blade hashing for three days with no problems.

So I need dead S3 controller(s) for my S1-->S3 controller adapter project.I need only connectors of it so it doesn't matter how it's broken.A few pairs of cables are needed too.I'm also interesterested in S3+ (and S3) blades (working ones) to confirm that they also work with my adapter.I don't need heatsinks.Payment with BTC or paypal.I'm located in EU but since I don't need any heatsinks postages shouldn't be so much from outside EU too.Reasonable offers here or PM.
