If you ask most people, they will tell you that credit card companies - all of therm, are bad. they charge 20% interest on all purchases made, and they always want you to drive yourself more and more into debt. What I don't like about credit card companies is when you're broke (like me) they offer little assistance, since you owe them a lot of money. I understand you have to pay back the creditors, but sometimes CC companies offer little to no help when you're in a financial crisis. I am beginning to believe that credit card companies give you a really big credit limit, and offer a "rewards program" for signing up with them. I now realize that this is just a ploy to bget you to sign up with their credit card.
I'm 25. I'm a young adult like most others who realize how bad credit card companies are. It seems to me that banks target young people to suck them into a debt they can't pay back. Threatening phone calls and letters add more to the problem. They're like the mafia.
What are your views on credit cards?

I am in control of the following domain names
tommorisonwebdesign.com worldofbitcoin.net
I can offer these two domain names as collateral for the $CAD 32 I owe to my credit card company. I just landed a programming job and I expect that to begin to pay out as soon as it's complete. My partner has access to 3.2 million people on another forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am running into financial issues and I have this domain that I am not using. I am auctioning this off to the highest bidder. bids start at BTC0.0234.
Escrow is always recommended when dealing with transactions on this forum.

i will admit that i might be a problem gambler myself. i have spent lots of Bitcoin on online bitcoin gambling games and can't say i won more than i lost. i however, see gambling as a form of entertainment and not a way of making money, as recommended by other posters in these forums. here's the link to the documentary on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-uM4XSi0Fothe film maker explicitly says that his dad was a problem gambler and got into crime to pay for his habbits. There have also been breakthroughs in psychiatry that treat gambling like any other addiction, (iE crack or cocaine). some scholars even argue that gambling is as addictive as crack. i admit that i will gamble, but I consider it entertainment rather than a sure way of making money. I try not to gamble too often, but when I do i set a limit and i don't go past it.

As the title says. it is becoming impossible to participate in on-topic constructive posts. there are too many signature campaign spammers posting idiotic threads that have no substance in the OP (although some people are able to contribute even with a lousy OP. For me, a useless first post makes it harder to respond to the topic without being accused as spamming yourself. let me break it down - Spammer/bot posts nonsense new topics, with a flashy signature ad
- More useless replies echoing the OP of the thread, hence no discussion
- when a non-spamming sig campaigner attempts to respond to the topic, they have to effectively come up with their own substance in the post, since by the time they get to the thread there's at least 3 or 4 spammy posts.
- That contributor's post can easily be deleted since it's a reply to spam. It's difficult to be constructive when replying to spam
Do you see my logic? This seems to be happening more and more with bots posting nonsense and braindead forum posters who are only herer to make a quick buck. I'm sorry to say that this forum is detraining into a haven of spam, and it seems as though not much can be done. Thoughts?

I am 100% certain there are hundreds of programmers looking for jobs on this forum. The forum will discuss bitcoin related programming as well as answer questions about coding. Many computer-related forums generally have a section like this. It would also stimulate co-operation amongst Bitcoin coders (it seems quite competitive at the moment).
Thoughts?

I was removed from the YoBit signature campaign. I do not care so much about that as there a dozen other campaigns I can join. what bothers me is that there are people who are on yoBit who are actually spamming the forum. I may have used to "echo post' but I will refrain from doing that now. Ill only talk about things that matter, such as the spam on this forum from signature campaigns.
I hearby call that all signatures be removed, and thus clearing up the clutter in this forum.

I've seen a lot of members spam this forum with signature campaigns. I was posting original content, but never reached the essay that most sig campaigners demand. It's also an opportunity to grow as their shitty members want. there should be a fair and balanced team keeping these spammers off the forum. Ypbit accused me indirectly of spamming the forum.

I got removed from the yoBit signature campaign on the basis of writing "half-assed" posts. i find this tro be incredibly insulting as I genuinely try to contribute to the community. i also am on topic and come up with good ideas, and have made trades and done business with other users and had no problem with 777coin. I am basically advertising to them for free.
go through my posts and you'll see what i'm talking about. I demand to be paid for the posts I have made, or i will leave negative trust.
I also have cerebral palsy and i type differently. this is totally discriminatory.

While we are all here on this forum to earn one way or another, how well do you manage that money after you've earned it. Do you trade your Bitcoin as fast as you can spending it all in a day or do you save it? I recently got paid for a job I did in programming and i keep finding myself wanting to spend more of that money i made. I have a lot of credit card debt and that is not good. I have destroyed only two ofg my credit cards to which I owe thousands of dollars on.
how do you spend your money?

i was just curious as to how many people use BTMs to exchange Bitcoin. I don't ever use any of the BTMs in my city, though I have made some cash purchases from them. do you use BTMs or do you stick to online trading?

EucaMobi has been harassing me for the last 6 months. he has accused me of being a scammer when I have done nothing wrong. here is the PM I waws going to send to him,. but he's blocked pms from me. I told you before, I was not trying to buy trust, I was trying to get payPal funds converted to Bitcoins. I made that speech about trusting me because Paypal transactions could be reversed. i do not have any bad intentions at all.You don't know what my motives were. i wasww just trying to get my paypal (which can be reversed) converted to Bitxoin. I wanted to assure people that I wouldn't reverse the transaction. i suggest you remove my feedback, as i will take this up in thje reputation board.
I have told him why i wrote my loan request the way I did and he is hellbent on insisting that I'm a scammer. PayPal is reversible, i tried to make a trade, and he flags my account. No research to what my motives were. I will tell you that I am not a scammer unlike how EucaMobi made up. edit: he deleted my negative feedback. I'll delete my negative feedback. EDIT 2; negetive trust is back. Loosing faith in this forum

I am looking for someone whom I could partner with to make a secure lending website. It would be useful if the partner was experienced in business and could handle escrow transactions on the site if necessary. he site itself mandates that everyone provide validate collateral in a trusted escrow. If the debt is not paid, it can be sold to another user of the site who has the means of collecting the debt. Valid collateral includes domain names, and pretty much anything else that cannot be reversed. A demo of the site is available at http://sharkbtc.com

I'm waiting on payments for two weeks of work from the 777Coin signature campaign. It was great , as long as I remained active and posting. I was promoting their casino for about a year and didn't bother to try other campaigns. However, it'sw been almost two weeks since I got a payment from them and I am getting pretty fed up with not being paid. I am using Bitcoin partially to live on, and it's important to me that I get what I'm owed.

So I have seen a lot of topics relating to different methods of managing money ("How to earn Bitcoin, "How to save money") and the likes. Now I would like to see what are the best ways people can come up with in regards to managing their money. I find creating a budget is one of the fundamentals of managing money. If you have no records, you can't know exactly how much money you have to spend each month. Another piece of advice I would like to give to people is to not use your credit card unless you're able to pay it off in full at the end of the week.
Any input?

I've been waiting on a localbitcoin transaction to confirm for hours now and still zero confirmations. Many of my friends don't know what I mean when I say "waiting on confirmations". Whoever flooded the chain to really show off their 1337 hax0r skills is a fucking moron.
Maybe it wasn't a bad idea to increase the memory pool...
