Flexcoin users should see a bump in their balance today as payments went out last night for the months of March and April.  Smiley
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Flexcoin Payouts. on: April 23, 2012, 03:27:27 AM
Flexcoin clientele may have noticed that they didn't get their monthly payout for the month of March, on April first. Rest assured that we still have all the coins. A bug was discovered in the payout system which caused the payouts not to go out. On the first of May 2012, Flexcoin will issue a payout for the two months prior. Regular Flexcoin payments will resume June 1st 2012.

We apologize for any inconvenience.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Flexcoin Move on: April 21, 2012, 02:15:53 AM
Hi everyone,

I just wanted to state that this evening, we are going to be moving flexcoin's domain and making changes to DNS. This could result in a temporary outage.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Flexcoin main page down. on: March 29, 2012, 05:45:39 AM
Currently we're having some issues with our main site flexcoin.com. Do not panic, bank.flexcoin.com is functioning fine, you can still deposit and/or remove coins. We're working on a fix right now, I'm sure it's related to the domain ownership change / DNS update. I figured I would be pro-active and advise everyone of the issue before any rumors started.

I'll let you know more, as soon as I know more. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I just wanted to let you all know that I've whipped up an auction site that uses Bitcoin as it's main currency. I would really like the communities input in making it something that can help bolster the economy of Bitcoin with more trade. It's not 100% just yet, and we're pretty much destined for a few bumps along the way, but I'm open to comments and suggestions about how to make it all better.

Because someone is inevitably going to ask the question about "profit/business model" I'll get answering that out of the way... I have no idea, hopefully something will spring to mind that is not intrusive on the experience. But, as for right now... it's all free. Oh, and it's on a .ca domain because I'm from Canada... and all the cool .coms were scooped up by 1999. Sad

Feel free to check it out, and leave any feedback to admin at bitmarket.ca. Thank you all in advance.
