21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / BTC transaction with very, very low fee - will it be canceled? on: August 25, 2017, 07:25:33 PM
I accidentally sent 0.008 BTC with 0.00005 BTC fee.
Transactions ID:
9c980007fccca524d34ea1e41895ca9ea9cc9314ce62051f7e5b3f54014d0f3f

I read somewhere, that transaction would cancel automaticly, after 72h when the fee is to low. But I believe, that BTC is lost, when I don't do anything.
Has someone a guide for nontechy, how to pay additional fee or how to ccancel an unconfirmed transaction? Many thanks.
22  Local / Deutsch (German) / Kategorie Steuer einführen on: August 20, 2017, 09:31:41 PM
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Arbitrage on cryptopia on: August 20, 2017, 04:08:20 PM
Cryptopia has a nice feature: They compare the prices of coins with other exchangers on one site. Has someone already used this info by swapping coins through exchangers to make profits from differences?
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / BCH not only survived - the difference to Bitcoin? on: August 19, 2017, 08:01:05 AM
Bitcoin was considered by many, including myself, to be honest, as the result of a split that will not survive long. Now the first blocks are made and it seems that many more people are convinced by the technology of Bitcoin Cash. The price shooted up to over 700$ and I regret  having bumped it at a most unfavorable price. Is it just a straw fire or has the BCH actually overcome the weaknesses of bitcoin in technology?
25  Economy / Gambling discussion / How many Bitcoins needed for martingale on: August 17, 2017, 09:24:38 PM
I know that the martingale system could only win if an infinite amount is available and an infinitely high amount is likely to be placed and Casinos are protected against martingale.
Nevertheless, it would be interesting for theory to calculate the amount in relation to the highest known loss sequence.
Example:
Game: Dice Game
Minimum bet: 1 Satoshi
Maximum bet: no limit.
Highest known loss sequence on dice game: ?

Necessary maximum amount for theoretical safe gain: ?
27  Economy / Service Discussion / Brainwallet - which - how? on: August 15, 2017, 04:25:44 PM
I tried out to make a brainwallet on bitaddress but didn't work because I don't know the allowed seed words. I generated one with my own words (names) and tried to import to mycellium, but couldn't give in my words. Didn't recognize words end and it is not given a space bar.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Cryptocoin online and offline - possible? on: August 11, 2017, 12:30:17 PM
Cryptocurrencies are great innovation. However, there are some, who worry about, what could happen, if the internet would not work for an extended period of time.
Therfore my thoughts: Would it be possible to develop a cryptocoin, which would work both offline and online and still remain decentralized? Perhaps it would in the offline time work with bonus cards with reserved codes or keys, which can be read or edited via special offline apps?
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Coinomi info how to gain Bitcoin Cash on: August 01, 2017, 12:50:11 PM
It is really easy to get the Bitcoin Cash on Coinomi Android wallet. I just tried that out.
Make sure you have the actual version and load it. Add Bitcoin Cash and go to further settings. There you type in M/44H/0H/0H and click add. Thats it.
Coinomi provides this tutorial on the link, given in your wallet.
30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Bitcoin fork August 1. for android users on: July 29, 2017, 12:00:58 AM
I asked coinomi support, how they are prepared for August 1 and we can hold our bitcoins on coinomi. They gave me the link for detailed infos:
https://medium.com/@coinomi/on-bitcoin-fork-and-how-to-stay-on-the-safe-side-dcfed3eadef9
Even the free BCC will be paid to coinomi, at split, sp that bcc can be sent, private keys exportet and more.
Maybe there are also other android wallets which are prepared for bitcoin fork. You could post them here.
31  Local / Anfänger und Hilfe / Signaturkampagnen on: July 16, 2017, 08:26:39 PM
Update:
