Our company is looking for a web developer to create a PHP & MySQL based web app from scratch (no Wordpress or similar) which allows accepting BTC denominated payments and generating a CSV file for payouts to each user.

What we need is a working engine together with a basic html skeleton, our designers will do the design work.
