i just received my antminer s4 from them it came in great time and no damage to the shipping packaging, upon opening and hooking up the 2 front fans fail to spin, 1 of the back fans grinds, after opening the case we found one of the dead front fans was cut and taped with green electrical tape and the other just twitches like the bearing is toast.

well after such delay they have replied back

" Please note, we currently have a very high volume of email and it may take between 24hrs-48hrs to reply to most emails."

after submitting pictures and information they requested they have offered to replace the 3 bad fans and send out new replacement fans

"Advising your 3x replacement fans are being shipped today. You will receive shipping confirmation in separate email.

I understand you are a new customer, and were upset to receive the AntMiner S4 with the 2x non-functional fans. We do apologize for the inconvenience. The units are tested before shipping, so usually there are no issue.

As a courtesy, in addition to the replacement fans shipped today, we would like to offer a discount on future order as well a free item shipped with the replacement fans today."

so in the end they are attempting to make good on a bad situation, the future discount is nice but after this ordeal leaves me very wary on ordering again, in my opinion more care needs to be given into the products they sell or some sort of limited warranty should be added to cover issues like this, cause the condition of these fans should have never passed any type of test or inspection

Recently Bought Some Antminer S4+ with the new PSU units

I'm in north america so our standard is 110v not the 205V needed to power these units up

What kind of cord, and circuit box do i need to install to get these to power up and work properly in NA?
