He/She must develop a hard-fork with a proposed community plan, including compiling wallets to the latest Windows, Linux, OSX platforms

He/She must redesign the current coin to a Realistic Roman Coin design, Sharp Vector Skills are a must!
The original coin is a bit off center, This is were the sharp vector skills come in, complete retrace of the original King Areus Spartan Coin
