1  Economy / Securities / Cryptorush.in offering shares in their exchange on: March 17, 2014, 03:33:03 AM
I am not the owner of the exchange just haven't seen this posted yet.

https://www.cryptorush.in/index.php?p=buy-cryptorush-shares

You are able to buy shares directly from inside their exchange just like any alt coin.

(from another thread)

OK here is the formula as explained by @buZz on the support channel

((volume-of-btc/100)*0.18) / 100000000
which is about 1 satoshi/day/share at current volume rates
2  Economy / Auctions / Auction - Bitcoingamblingsites.com on: January 03, 2014, 06:24:35 PM
Hello friends,

I own http://bitcoingamblingsites.com, .net, .info, and .org.  and I am putting it up for auction because I think someone that is more savvy and has more time can do more with it.

it usually is at the top for the search for "bitcoin gambling sites" and bounces around from 1 to 3 when someone searches for "Bitcoin gambling".

I do have backlinks around the web and it could probably use more backlinking.

It is a simple way to make some passive income.

Here are the last set of stats I got.

http://imgur.com/cLqFRUQ

I am selling all the domains, and you can have the wordpress site too if you really want.

I must admit that I've never transferred domains, or sites, so the buyer might need to give me some tips. (its on godaddy)

I will use escrow of course.

I will start bidding at 3 btc. last bid at 11:59 PM Eastern Time US on Tuesday night wins. Smiley

4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin emergency alert system? on: March 12, 2013, 06:09:38 AM
This emergency looks like its about to pass in about 2 or 3 blocks.  Has anyone thought of making an app that will give a push notification only when an emergency such as this arises again?  Might come in handy when the bitcoin network grows really big and things can be tackled even faster.  Text messaging could work too but that costs money and alot of prepaid phones don't support short codes to Opt in.
5  Economy / Service Discussion / Is it normal for your coinbase balance to say zero at 3 am in the morning? on: February 17, 2013, 07:50:03 AM
Hope its a glitch.  I have only about 4 bitcoins in there.  Going to bed hoping for the best.  Undecided

8  Economy / Securities / I sure do miss the GLBSE on: February 06, 2013, 06:01:24 AM
Holy smokes trying to understand the Mpex and making my head spin.  Anything as user friendly as the GLBSE out there? or on its way?
9  Economy / Digital goods / Join Solavei with Bitcoins $49 Unlimited Talk, Text and Data - US Only on: January 24, 2013, 06:49:19 PM
If you'd like to join Solavei you can pay me your Bitcoins and I will sign you up.  The initial cost is $49 for your first month of service plus $9 for your Sim Card.  There is also tax added (varies wildly by your state) but I will absorb that as a bonus since you are paying with Bitcoin.

What is Solavei?

Solavei is the first social commerce network.  Think of it more like a Sams club that pays its members residual income to bring others on board.  Mobile service is just the first product being offered.  130k members have joined in the first 4 months. 6 Minute Intro = http://youtu.be/Jcg-9YCx3Gg

What does the Mobile Service Offer?

4GB of High speed 4G data on T-mobile's backbone.  If you exceed the 4GB of data (which is pretty hard to do) you will be throttled for the rest of the pay cycle to 2g speeds.  Solavei also offers free roaming on ATT towers.

What phones will work?

Any unlocked GSM phone will work.  T-mobile phones will work 100% in all areas.  ATT phones will run at 2G speeds in some places until the towers are upgraded to the 1900 band frequency in your area.  (Tmobile working on this)

What can I expect after I join Solavei?

You will get a Sim card in the mail and a couple days later you will get a Visa Debit Card.  If you choose to refer people to Solavei they will pay you every month onto the card.  Promoting Solavei is optional, if you want to just use the service that is fine.

Is this one of those pyramid thingys?

No but the structure at the job you are working at probably resembles a pyramid.

Get in touch with me at 828-407-3332 if you have any questions.  Been with Solavei since Beta Testing and can answer any question.
Visit my Solavei site http://solavei.com/mikemcd if you'd like to really understand Solavei please watch this recorded webinar from the 15th of January. http://vimeopro.com/solaveitv/2013-solavei-vision-webinar
10  Other / Off-topic / Anyone else on Solavei here? on: September 25, 2012, 12:10:28 AM
I posted about Solavei a few weeks ago back when it was in Prelaunch and got lots of negativity from the idea.. I definitely think some of it was justified.

Since then I have enrolled, got a sim card for my phone, and got a debit card.  I am member number 9000 something... probably 20k people have signed up since I have.

I'm very impressed so far actually.  I think its going to be the next google or facebook.

If you never saw the 6 minute intro here it is

http://1234g.info

And if you really want to see the plan for where this is going, watch the full 40 minute presentation by the CEO.  Very interesting.  (Cell phones are just the beginning)

http://vimeo.com/46908223

I know nothing is exciting as bitcoin, but I try to look at trends in that "other world" too since it doesn't seem to be going away. lol

If interested in how much it costs to join.

Its $49 for the first month
$49 activation fee
$29 for the sim card (mostly cause they ship it overnight i guess)

$49 per month thereafter.

Interested in your thoughts and can answer questions.  Not interested in Pyramid Scheme accusations since its very far from it.

If you'd like to enroll you can do so from here http://solavei.com/mikemcd

P.S. Anything I earn from this will be invested right into bitcoins anyways so I see it as a win win.

11  Economy / Securities / 80 shares of Glbse for sale. on: September 15, 2012, 01:31:11 AM
Someone put a fake asset of GLBSE on a while back.  I bought 80 shares.  Nefario honored them anyways.

I dont know how much they are worth.  Its not traded on the market.  Would rather trade with some extra BTC's.

Just throwing it out there.

PM me if interested with a bid. Smiley
12  Other / Off-topic / Solavei - Join me in this company and make $$ to invest into bitcoins on: August 23, 2012, 04:54:47 AM
This company has got it going on.  Instead of screwing it up by trying to explain, please just watch this video.  Once you get it you will be on board.  I have already signed up some awesome people.  I plan on using all the money to buy bitcions.

http://vimeo.com/48049267

Check out how much you can make.

http://www.solavei.com/compensationplan.html

The marketing world is going insane over this company right now and its still the ground floor.

Currently in prelaunch msg me at redbeans1978 (at) gmail.com for an invite.

If you think this is retarded, I'd still  like to know why.  I'd love a hardcore bitcoin group promoting this so we can all turn our $$ into bitcoins.
13  Economy / Lending / Looking for 1 btc loan to be paid back in 1 day or so [GOT IT] on: June 30, 2012, 01:33:11 AM
I need to prove to Nefario that I own my GLBSE account so I can withdraw my funds.  To do this I need to send a small deposit to the GLBSE from my wallet.  I just dont have any bitcoins on me at the moment.. They are all on the GLBSE.

So I just need like 1 btc.. once nefario clears me, I will give you back 1.2 btc.

Shouldn't take more than a day or 2.

Thanks
14  Economy / Securities / Can someone explain 2 factor auth to me? on: June 28, 2012, 09:15:18 PM
I'm trying to get some coins off the glbse and apparently I clicked 2 factor auth when I signed up.

I downloaded the app, what next.  Sorry I'm kind of a beginner
15  Economy / Securities / Catagorizing the Glbse charts? on: May 30, 2012, 11:44:11 PM
Its not too bad now, but in a little while the charts will be real full of crazy stocks with crazy names.

Do you plan on eventually maybe creating "sectors" of the market to make the charts easier to navigate nefario?

I know you're busy and this probably isn't the first thing on your list, just wondering.
16  Economy / Securities / So when is someone gonna open up Satoshi's Bar and Grill? on: May 26, 2012, 02:47:37 PM
Only a matter of time right.  I have no idea how to run a business but I think one of you business savvy people should do it and put some shares on GLBSE to raise your funds, and so the little people can be a part.

Regular cash can be accepted but you also accept bitcoins.

Menu Items can include things like, The Block Chain Burger ect.

You can have a nice pool out back and call it the mining pool.

If you want to go the sleezy way you can have a strip bar, and instead of putting money in their underwear you scan the QR code on their underwear to send the strippers bitcoins.

Just throwing it out into the universe.
17  Economy / Securities / Can someone explain Pirate Pass Through to me? on: May 22, 2012, 02:50:02 AM
I've been out of the loop for a while and just getting back into bitcoin and glbse.

I see Pirate pass through everywhere and now lots of things relating to it on the GLBSE.

Seems the dividends associated with it are quite high, is there some sort of ponzi aspect to it?

Not that I hate ponzi's just want to know whats up before making crazy investments. Smiley

Thanks guys.
18  Economy / Securities / Any way to play the "real world" stock market through GLBSE? on: May 18, 2012, 03:24:03 PM
Someone buys shares.. places the ticker on GLBSE and we can play around with trading it? Dumb idea? Too many fees, taxes, government bull***?

Sometimes I'd like to play the other stock market but don't feel like going through all the crap.
19  Economy / Securities / Is the person behind the MATH ticker symbol lurking in these parts? on: May 17, 2012, 04:25:31 AM
What a strange little stock only a few out there, nice dividends though.
20  Economy / Marketplace / Question about the GLBSE on: April 18, 2012, 03:58:37 AM
I thought I saw somewhere that the Glbse was hosted in the US.  Wouldn't this be the last place one would want to host something like this?

I'm just wondering if it were ever seized, would there be a way to get our bitcoins back to us?

That is all.
If I'm wrong about this discard this message and continue with your regularly scheduled bitcoining.
