Bounty Detail

Coin Mine Australia Pty Ltd (CMA) is holding a Token Generation Event (TGE) for the sale of CMA Tokens.

In line with market best practice, CMA is holding a Bounty Campaign, a program to reward supporters of the project, to facilitate the TGE.

Participants in the Bounty Campaign are rewarded with CMA tokens. A total of 1,500,000 CMA tokens will be allocated to the Bounty Pool for eligible Bounty Participants and be distributed as follows.

Bounty Allocation

Bounty Registration

All Participants must register in the CMA Bounty Registration system. Bounty Registration requires:

   1. An email account;
   2. An Ethereum address to receive Bounty Rewards in CMA Tokens (ERC20); and
   3. Relevant Social Media details.

Bounty Participants must provide at least one of the following Social Media, Bitcoin Talk or Content Creation details, to participate in the Bounty Campaign:

   1. Twitter username;
   2. Facebook username (Facebook App authorization is also required);
   3. Bitcointalk profile link;
   4. Reddit Username; and/or
   5. a link to a non-social media content creation (eg. Article or Youtube video).

All registrations must be made at https://bounty.coinmineaustralia.com

Social Media Rules

1. Facebook
To be eligible to participate in the Facebook Campaign you must:
   a) Like our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/CoinMineAU
   b) Authorize CMA’s Facebook App to access your user profile and timeline; and
   c) Keep all CMA post Likes and Comments on your Facebook until the distribution of all Bounty Rewards have been concluded.

Facebook bounty reward points will be calculated as follows:

Facebook failures beyond our control could result in reward points being unaccounted for in the Bounty Rewards system.

2. Twitter
To be eligible to participate in the Twitter Campaign you must:
   a) Be following our Twitter page on @CoinMineAU
   b) Approve read-only access to your twitter account to our Bounty Registration system when you register;
   c) Only register one Twitter account for participation;
   d) Have a Twitter account that is more than 4 monthsold;
   e) Keep CMA tweets on your Twitter until the distribution of all Bounty Rewards have been concluded; and
   f) Ensure all tweets have the hash tag #CoinMineAustralia, unless you are retweeting a tweet already containing the hashtag.

Bitcointalk Campaign Rules

CMA’s Bitcoin Talk Campaign will be run uniquely for our TGE. You can earn Bounty Reward points from the number of unique visitors that click on your CMA forum signature.

To be eligible to participate in BitcoinTalk Click Campaign you must:
   a) Register through the Bounty Registration system with your email; and
   b) Add the Click Link within 48 hours of receiving the link that is sent from CMA via email to your BitcoinTalk signature; and or
   c) Design your own signature with a positive reference to the CMA name or logo.

BitcoinTalk Bounty rewards will be calculated as follows:

There is a maximum of 5 clicks per BitcoinTalk user in any 24 hour period. Spamming or creating fake user accounts for the bounty signature hyperlink will result in disqualification from the Bounty Rewards.

A minimum of 3 post per day is needed and will be checked by a moderator.

BitcoinTalk forum failures beyond our control could result in reward points being unaccounted for in the Bounty Rewards system.

Content Creation Rules

Blogs and Articles You can write and publish a blog or article in any of the official CMA White Paper translated languages. The word count can be no less than 250 words and must contain at least two links to the CMA Website (https://coinmineaustralia.com). The two links to the CMA website must be properly referenced and related to the content of the blog post or published article.

To be eligible to participate in the Content Creation campaign yomust write a published blog or article:
   a) Of at least 250 words of; and
   b) Containing at least 2 links to the CMA Website.

Once it is published you must:
   a) Reference or post it on at least one other traditional social mediasite;
   b) Be accessible to the open internet;
   c) Post your link to your article at the Bounty Registration Website (https://coinmineaustralia.com) using the same email address each time.

Your content will be assessed by our team and be given a rank of satisfactory, good or excellent. Content assessmentmay occur at any time throughout or after the bounty campaign and rewarded points as follows:

Video Content Creation Rules

You can create a video explaining and/or reviewing the CMA concept and platform. This video needs to be at least 1 minute long, has to be published on either YouTube or Vimeo and has to reference the CMA website in the video description (https://coinmineaustralia.com).
Only unique video submissions will be eligible for Reward Points. The same video posted on both YouTube and Vimeo will not entitle you to doub le points.

Your content will be assessed by our team and be given a rank of satisfactory or excellent. Extra points will be awarded to videos posted with Content assessment may occur at any time throughout or after the bounty campaign and rewarded points as follows:

Reddit Rules

To be eligible to participate in the Reddit Campaign you must:
   a) Register through the Bounty Registration system with your email; and
   b) Authorize CMA’s Facebook App to access your user profile
   c) Upvote Coin Mine Australia’s posts https://www.reddit.com/r/CoinMineAustralia/

For a post to be counted it needs to be posted in one of the following subredits, or cryptocurrency related subreddits:
   a) r/bitcoin;
   b) r/ethereum;
   c) r/ethtrader;
   d) r/icocrypto;
   e) r/cryptocurrency;

Bounty points will be awarded when comments or posts have at least 5 upvotes External posts should link to either the CMA Website or a CMA Official Announcement.

The post must stay up until after the TGE has completed. The post shouldn’t insult, degrade or talk about CMA in a negative, derogatory or defaming manner in any way. If it does none of your submissions will be considered. Posts and comments with negative Karma will not be accepted nor will any kind of spam be rewarded.

Additionally each upvote on a Coin Mine Australia Post will earn 1 point.

Reddit Bounty rewards will be calculated as follows for individual posts:

General Rules and Information

The CMA bounty campaign points are not a direct representation to the final amount of CMA tokens issued to participants. The bounty points are a representation of your efforts during the bounty campaign for each social platform and content type. Please be patient as it may take some time for rewards to be updated.

Coin Mine Australia Pty Ltd will be awarding CMA Tokens proportional to the final amount of bounty points each participant has earned. CMA has a dedicated Bounty Campaign pool allocated for this whicis separate to the TGE pool of CMA Tokens.

All rewards will be made at CMA’s discretion. If CMA believes there is manipulation of the Campaign Rules in any form, including but not limited to generation of artificial Likes, Retweets, Clicks, fraudulent account use or spamming, the Bounty Participant will be disqualified from the Bounty Campaign and receive no rewards.

Points accumulated in each promotional category will be totaled together and awarded to the recipient at the end of the Bounty Campaign. Rewards will only be distributed after the TGE has concluded and at a date yet to be specified approximately 4 to 8 weeks after the TGE.
