1  Economy / Gambling / Advertising in Land Based Casinos on: February 17, 2020, 06:08:14 PM
I am traveling all over Europe playing in big poker events with more than 500 participants each.

I am looking for a deal where I could promote your brand at those events.
As you know this is the only way to promote in casinos where big cash is present.

The deal would be based on some form of reimbursement for me for wearing a t-shirt and a cap with your company logo and name.
For confirmation I will submit invoices and pictures from each venue I will visit.

DM with offers.

6  Bitcoin / Hardware / AM gen3 miner - reviev and setup guide on: July 01, 2014, 02:28:37 AM
By courtesy of Simon from I am able to post a review and setup guide for first, sample production run of their miners.
Currently they are to switching to production of 900 Gh/s AM's OS Cubes also based on 95 chips from AM.

Hash power: 740-780 GH/s
Power draw: 875-880W at the wall
Noise level: 55 db
Approx size: 28x15x34 cm.

What you will need:
-950W+ Power Supply (preferably server PSU)
-PCI-e plugs if you plan to use ATX power supply
-ethernet cable
-Rpi and 8 Gb SD card (depends on where you bought your unit)

Unit contains of two mainboard (backplane), 5 hashing modules with 2 aluminium heatsinks each, two y4574 fans (good quality Dell related), Raspberry PI, 8 GB sd card.
One Rpi is able to control up to 10 miners (over 7.5 Th/s in total)

WARNING: Miner has two 8 pin plugs on the mainboard, however 8 pin pci-e plug fits there, you can not plug it directly in there!
Polarisation is different than at regular PCI-e plug, and it might destroy your miner. If you plan to use PCI-e plugs please mount them at the end of cables provided by according to right polarisation.

It might be possible that you will need to flash SD card with firmware, you can download it from here:
after downloading write image file to the SD card with win32DiskImager (preferably under Win7).
Ip address of this image is

Cgminer setup:
SSH into the miner, user: pi + password: raspberry
sudo nano /etc/cgminer.conf

edit pools according to your needs (actuall software supports only pools with static difficulty 64, for example,, and (please don't mine on ghash!)
Ctrl+o to save, Ctrl+x to exit

Point your web browser to the miner ip address, to see it's stats

Overall feeling: miner is made really solid, it has a nice steel/aluminium design, due to high density managed to keep the units relatively small. Fans are more than enough to keep the miner cool.
They look and feel really neat. Next generation of miners should be a big success.

7  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / is bitcoin core 0.9.2 compatible with high power ASIC's on: June 21, 2014, 09:34:43 PM
Since there has been some implementations in bitcoin core, I wonder if it can support high power ASIC's like 100 GH/s and 1000 GH/s out of the box?
At bitcoin wiki it's stated that bitcoin-qt can handle ~4-5 GH/s of work, was it upgraded in bitcoin core?
Or do you need to set up stratum proxy to handle that ammount of work? if yes is there any nice solution using startum proxy not using eloipool which I could use as a guide?

12  Bitcoin / Pools / SOLUTION on: January 14, 2014, 01:00:59 PM
The problem is that bitfury miners produced by punin and buzzdave have problems with dynamic difficulty.
That is the reason most owners of those 400 GH/s machines mine on, simply because they have static difficulty selected by user.
Sure there is other pool with static difficulty but they have riddic fee compared to Also (1%fee) have static difficulty, I am not aware of any other pools that allow to set difficulty manualy. Bitfury 400 GH/s miners do not work well with vardiff.
Probably that's the partial reason, There is lot of hashpower generated from those machines.

19  Bitcoin / Group buys / [CLOSE] GB BabyJet batch #2 - MINER PROTECTION PROGRAM - 26/50 shares left on: September 10, 2013, 01:44:45 AM
Friday 13th update, GB closed due to lack of interest.
All participants will be refunded.

According to this post:
We are goiing to launch sales of batch 2 this week. In this second batch, we will offer machines with and without the Miner Protection Program, at different price points.

After my very successful previous group buys I decided to expand  mining farm to FastHash mining units.
Here is one of my previous GB with Hosting for 3x Bitfury 400 Gh/s units.

I decided to collect funds for GB of hashfast batch#2 babyjets with miner protection program.;_ylt=A2KJNF9L0ihSaHwAHjXQtDMD

Each unit should be able to give 400 MH/s but that is really irrelevent due to miner protection program.
Also please keep in mind that those units projected power consumption is 0.65 W/GH so they will be able to run profitable much longer than other miners.
ATM they seem like the most reasonable way to invest your precious BTC and don't get screwed by difficulty rise.

SHARES OPEN TO BUY: 26/50 BTC (any funds above what will be used to pay for miner will be distributed back immediately)

Shareholders list:

- pajak666 - 20BTC
- maraoz - 1BTC
- greenbone - 2BTC
- thomas_s - 1BTC

Hashing power distribution will be calculated the same way as in previous GB

Be aware to use only adress you control.
In other words adress that you can send signed message with.

Terms and Conditons are the same as for current projects except I reserve 11% of hashing power.
When mining is not profitable anymore, I will attempt to sell the miners or find another use for them. Any proceeds thereof will be distributed as dividend.

In case of hardware failure
I believe the gear should be able to run 24 months, but since there are no working devices yet we simply donít know. In case of hardware failure I will try to repair or replace the machine. Any costs involved will be deducted from payment as costs.

Dividends will be paid to adress which has been used to pay for shares, if you wish to change payout adress please send signed message.
Payouts will take place once a week. Statements will be made available to the public.
Power rate in Poland is 0.19$/ kWh
All transactions and orders will be transparent

If you wish to participate please send BTC to the following adress

and send me PM or post in this thread in following format
<forum nick, total paid amount, transaction id>

If you wish to stay anonymous please notice me about it via PM.

PAYPAL and SKRILL also accepted, I am not afraid to accept those type of payments, because when you request chargeback or some other weird thing with your payment I will simply remove you from the shareholders list. PM me if you want to buy shares with those payment methods.

I believe that HashFast is legitimate company and they will be able to deliver hashing units in promised time.
However I can not guarantee that your money will not be lost. Please do research on your own before taking part in this group buy. I will not keep your money in any way, I will use them to purchase miner and provide all proofs of payment.
Please do your own risk calculations. I will not be able to give you any sort of refund after the unit will be ordered.
20  Bitcoin / Pools / DGM - what is wrong with that method? on: August 05, 2013, 11:09:05 PM
I've noticed that some of pools with DGM payment method seem to be closing down due to lack of popularity.
Some time ago I saw someone posting about DGM and claimed that this method is a somewhat scam.
Why is that?
