I once had a nice time with Cryptsy when they got a good support team. But recently their team has degraded and became incompetence and unresponsive.
On the 5th of Oct, I requested to withdraw 3000 Tether USD, below was the TxID.

But it was rejected from the blockchain and the Tether didn’t move out from there wallet.

Looking through Cryptsy Tether wallet, there is not transaction with 3000 out.

Therefore, they didn’t send out the transaction but had already deducted the money from my account.

It has been a months already. And I have repeatedly send them email about the issue. But there is only vague replies, saying Fiat team looking at it. I truly think they are not taking this seriously and just ignoring my mails. So never trust Cryptsy.
