I've never purchased, only mined.  And I've only sold twice. CryptopXchange (now closed) & MtGox (international transfers not working).

23  Other / Meta / The trust system is a bloody Joke! on: October 17, 2013, 06:18:51 AM
EDIT : I've edited the title.  My self confidence had taken a beating.

Can a Mod or somebody please have this bullshit negative trust rating removed?

Cuz he doesnt have ANY EVIDENCE to backup his libelous accusation, he tries to ruin my work by leaving a negative trust rating.

So goddamn childish.

If I was a scammer, I'd be the shittest one in the world. You google DobZombie, you get my real name pretty quick.  You go to facebook and enter dobzombie and you get my phone number. Fuck, you go to my website and you get my home address.  Any of you could visit me right now. You google Goat and you just get a stupid bloody hairy bucktooth animal.

Now I'm not going to be as childish as him.  I'd really appreciate some help guys.

-Dobz

PS, here is my facebook page

And Here is where I work

I got nothing to hide.

33  Economy / Marketplace / [ANN] TheBitcoinMuseum.com - Archiving Bitcoin Memorabilia for Future on: July 18, 2013, 04:26:30 PM
Hi! A few of you have probably noticed that I've not been posting to much the last few months.  I've been busy creating...

As the Museum Curator my Job is to collect as much Bitcoin related physical memorabilia and equipment that I can find. The items in the museum also contain as much information as I can muster on the items themselves.

-BitcoinTalk Link
-Creator
-Address
-Stored Bitcoin Value
-Web Page
-Still Available From Creator
-The Museum Has a Sample Stored
-Weight in Grams (g)
-Dimensions
-Total In Cirulation
-E-mail
-Release Date
-First Recorded Use
-Made With

Obviously not every field applies to every item, but I try to be as thorough as possible.  Every item has a link where you can post a comment, so if you see any information that is incorrect, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know.

We also ask that if you have a physical bitcoin product for sale, I'd love to put it in the museum! Now you may also notice that I have a couple of items on there for sale, and a donation button.  Most of the profits of the sellable items will go towards acquiring new items to display, from those people who do not want to donate their items.

NOTHING from the display items will EVER be sold.  I'm keeping these here for the future. I'd like to one day (once bitcoin is used by everyone in the world) be able to display all these items in an actual museum for the world to see.

Please note : My web design skills got a bit rusty after not using them for over 10 years, so if you notice something broken, please let me know Smiley
34  Bitcoin / Hardware / How the hell is Avalon affording to pay for chip production?! on: June 17, 2013, 03:42:45 PM
Here is the bitcoin address that Avalon has been using to put all their BTC into when people have paid for a 10K Avalon chip order

https://blockchain.info/address/1FGAftzSTztFSB8LMwsrdCKTyqGY6zr3sU

Now considering that up to this point it has had...
Total Received   72,654.2 BTC
Final Balance   72,654.2 BTC
Which means that they have spend ZERO customer funds on production. They've been taking orders for just over 2 months now.

What does this mean? are we all about to get ripped off pirateat40 style or do these guys just not care about money?

If it was me I would at least NEED some of the US$7,500,000 to pay for business expenses

what are your thoughts?
35  Economy / Service Discussion / A few Questions about Bitcoin Mag as of late... on: May 31, 2013, 11:52:23 AM
Hi!

I've been collecting Bitcoin Magazines since Issue 3 as regard them as a collector's item.  The last couple of deliveries have arrived rather damaged.

Latest Issue

Previous Issue (Arrived as pictured)

Now I know a lot of you will be thinking "GIVE A FUCK?!?" And if this was just a normal magazine That would be my attitude too. All issues when they were coming out of Europe they were in a second envelope that did WONDERS protecting the contents.

I really want to preserve all bitcoin related items for the future so people can see where we came from.  Thats how much I believe in bitcoin.

Anyone else feel the same?
36  Economy / Securities / Securities Newbie. HELP ME INVEST! on: May 21, 2013, 02:27:21 PM
Hello Gentleman!

I'm a soon to be ex-miner who would like to invest the BTCBTC now into something that will still produce me some income in the future. I've had it with making future plans with most of the hardware out there (or not out there). Had it up to here with waiting for my BFL orders

I'm completely baffled at who is selling what in here! I understand Asicminer is one of the best right now, but I'm having trouble finding out where to buy, how much, how much it pays out, historical costs etc.

any other investments pointers guys?
