Does the TC memory buffer size come from ram or something else?

I'm getting 800/kh with TC 30592 and intensity 20 on one of my rigs. I've tried building near identical pc's to get the same result but with no luck. I just get memory buffer size errors with a TC that high. If I lower the TC and use intensity 13 it just puts out HW errors. What settings have you guys been using?

I keep getting the message that I need to rebuild the block chain when I start my wallet. It happened twice today, and I have not even restarted the pc. It's done it 4-5 times in the past week now. I downloaded the latest version hoping that would fix it. Guess not. Anyone have any ideas? Also, anyone know if this takes a lot of bandwidth? I'm usually pretty close to my monthly download limit already.

Amazon never shows the length of the extenders. Does anyone know where to get the longer extenders at? A extra 2 inches makes a world of difference on these. It rarely allows me to use two extenders together. Anyone know the limiting factor on that?

I set up a new rig today, sapphire dual-x 7970's with cgminer on windows. I got it to 715k per card, but only around 10% of the work gets credited to the pool. The shares are not being submitted in cgminer either.The problem seems to be the intensity, I've tried a couple pools, and different settings. It's works fine at intensity 13 and starts going down with anything above that. This issue seems strange to me but I only switched to ltc recently. Anyone seen this before?

10x 5970's - These are all reference style cards, mostly diamond reference cards. Along with couple XFX black editions and a sapphire. I have not tested the displays on these yet, they are not having trouble mining atm though.
If will sell the 5970's for $200 a piece if anyone is looking to buy a large amount.

Who has received their shipping notice for 60gh unit and what was the paydate? I have a order that was paid at the start of april 2012, and have not heard anything yet.

I had a jally with the same pay date and it didn't ship until June 7th. Jody posted this message on June 6th. "Most of the Jalapenos through paydate July 31 have shipped. Sometimes an order can get hung up in the shipping software."

I've been running 2x 7950's in one rig and my 7970 in another rig because I have not been able to get them working together in one pc. I can't get the display on the pc to come up at all with three cards in it. I've had 3x5970's in the rig before and I know all my new cards work. Is there some driver issue on the new cards that prevents it? I had to upgrade to the new ati drivers to run my 7950's. Any advise on this would be great.

I've had a lot people ask about my Avalon. What do you guys think a Batch 3 is worth right now in $?
