Anyone from India investing in mining IPOs?

I have 10 BTC to sell.

Can do NEFT / cheques / bank transfers.

Price: average of buysellbitco.in's buy and sell rates.
For eg: right now, their buy rate is: Rs.6495.96 and their sell rate is: Rs.5756.91.
So the rate we trade at will be the average of 2: (6495.96+5756.91)/2 which is = Rs6126.43.

Escrow: can do if you pay escrow fees. I recommend John K. for escrow.
If we use escrow, you have to make your payment to me within 12 hours of me sending the BTC to the escrow and him confirming.  (This is because I've had people back out of trades if price moves a lot. I don't want to keep my BTC with an escrow agent indefinitely if a party doesn't end up sending their payment. So a short time limit is required. I hope this sounds fair to you.)

So I own 4 Avalon Batch # 3 units of 4 modules each. I had bought them via HorseRider's deal. So he will be managing them in China for 10% of the revenue + electricity cost (0.25USD / kwh).

I'm posting here to see if there is any interest if I convert this into a security and list it either on bitfunder or on btct.

Please let me know if you would be interested in investing in such an asset, and if the demand is decent enough, I'll go ahead and create the security.

If the demand is not there, I may just put up an auction for 1 of the units instead.

I would love to partner with someone in China to buy and run Avalons.

Here is the deal: I can fund the BTC (or can figure out sending RMB via bank transfer) to buy 1 avalon unit of 85GH.
You run the unit.
We share 50-50 in profits.
Only condition: In the beginning, I get paid 95% of mining profits - till the cost of the avalon unit has been earned.

Preference given to people who already run an Avalon ASIC miner and who are technically proficient.
And to someone who is in good standing on the forum.

So I'm looking to sell about 150 bitcoins in Mumbai, India.

I tried my luck with localbitcoins.com - but have received just 1 inquiries from over there in the past 1 month - for 10 bitcoins.

Are there any other avenues where someone can sell bitcoins in India?

(I know for buying - mrbitcoins works. But seems like there is no good place to sell bitcoins in India.)
