1  Economy / Speculation / Will Bitcoin exceed its all-time-high of almost $1300 in the near future? on: January 08, 2017, 06:03:15 AM
Just wondering what everyone thinks.

We should keep in mind that the last all time high happened due to the Mt.Gox scenario (Google that if you weren't around at that time) whereas this current activity is, as far as we can tell unrelated to any foul play and is actually legitimate due to the current situations happening around the world.

Personally I believe the main contributors to this this high are India (the uncertainty in fiat created from the govt abolishing all 500 and 1000 rupee notes in November) and China (you are only allowed to send $50,000 per year out of the country, now it's the new year a good amount of them are putting that into bitcoin via legal methods). If you look at volume/price graphs, it seems to correlate.

It's likely that this pump has brought in a lot of new adopters, so I think it's pretty unlikely we'll ever see the $600 range anytime soon if ever again. Personally I think the $800-1000 range is stable, but am expecting more craziness to happen before then (at least I hope).

What do you guys think?
2  Economy / Digital goods / [WTB} $100 Google Play / Amazon Gift Cards on: September 03, 2016, 10:44:52 AM
Hey,

I consistently buy about $50-$200 per month of discounted Google Play gift cards, I usually use Paxful.com, but the seller I have been using for the discounted cards has not had any available for a couple of weeks now...

Basically I'm looking for another regular supplier of Google Play gift codes at discounted rates, right now I only want to buy 1x $100 gift card which would usually cost me $60 worth of Bitcoin from the seller at Paxful. However, I am negotiable and we can discuss the rates. Escrow is mandatory for the first bunch of trades, I very rarely trade outside of some kind of escrow system except with a very select few people.

So yeah, whether you just have 1 code to sell or you could be my regular supplier of these either is fine.

Reply here or drop me a PM and we can discuss this further.

Peace

EDIT: Now also buying US or UK Amazon gift cards at good rates. Google or Amazon is good!
3  Economy / Services / [WANTED] Someone to make a $6.90 paypal purchase for me for $10 Bitcoin on: January 12, 2016, 10:36:17 PM
Hey guys,

Long story short, I can't wait for this game to release. It's already released in Korea and there's a website selling Korean accounts. Many moons ago I was banned from Paypal... Sold some MMO gold, got chargebacked, couldn't prove it, Paypal put my account in negative balance and I told their fake debt collectors to suck my balls.

So yeah, how this will go down: you PM me, I give you a link, you buy this account from a website and give me all the details and I will pay more than the cost. This is what I want: http://www.newgameway.com/product.php?gid=90

Do not purchase before contacting me first, I don't want 2 people buying it at the same time or some shit and me having to buy 2.

I usually use PlayerAuctions for MMO trading (they accept Bitcoin), but nobody sells Korean Black Desert accounts on there so here I am.

EDIT: Just thought I should add, I can't scam you because if I refuse to give you the BTC you can refuse to give me the account details. I'd be a pretty shameful troll, making you waste a small amount of money with nothing to gain for myself. But that's not my intention, promise Tongue

7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Possible to have an unverified PayPal business account and "cashout" buying BTC? on: January 06, 2014, 05:03:26 PM
Hey everyone,

so basically I'm thinking of starting a small business (if you can call it that) offering a service that allows people to trade virtual items in an online game for real money where I'd provide an escrow service.. I want the payment methods to be BTC and PP.

Could I just leave the PP business account unverified and to "cash-out" just purchase BTC with any profits left on it (basically just using it as a wallet)? What are the limitations of doing this, and would this be breaking any laws or PayPal rules risking the account being closed and funds stolen?

The reason I want to do this is just to keep my identity away from the business, so I don't get my main account banned on the game for assisting with RMT (Real Money Trade).

Cheers!

11  Economy / Services / Looking for someone experianced with Oracle Apex and SQL queries on: June 10, 2013, 04:59:25 PM
Hello,

basically I have some university work and 3 hours left to submit it, and I need help. It's a very simple database consisting of 5 linked tables. One of my tables needs correcting and to be populated with data, and I need to produce 4 rather simple (but specific) SQL queries.
Skype required.

Offering 0.5BTC

This will take someone who is experienced in the software/language around 15 minutes to complete. And it would mean the world to me.

Any takers?

12  Economy / Currency exchange / [btc]1 for $10 PayPal payment! on: November 25, 2012, 04:40:43 PM
Hey,
well here's the situation.

I'm a student and I'm currently quite broke, and I want to purchase paid beta access to a video game which costs $10 and can be paid via PayPal. This means, I am not paying you BTC1 to SEND me $10. I am paying BTC1 so I can GET $10 in my paypal account. It can't be a cent less than $10, so if there's any fee's you'll have to pay them.

You'll make a couple of dollars out of this, and you'll be keeping a broke student who can't afford to party for a while entertained!  Grin

PM me for trade details.
Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Sorry to everyone who PMed me. I found a different option of getting the funds rather than trading with a stranger and risking a chargeback later on.
13  Economy / Lending / Seeking 6BTC loan, repayable tomorrow, needed today on: September 13, 2012, 05:31:30 PM
Hi,

Today I ordered 12 BTC from VirWoX, in 2 batches of 6 because of their limits on some payment processors. They manually process the Bitcoin withdrawals, and 1 of my withdrawalss (6 BTC) has been processed already, and the other 6BTC have not.

They state they process them on the morning of every business day.

My terms of the loan:
You pay me 6BTC, and as soon as VirWoX process my other 6BTC withdrawal (could be in the next hour, could be tomorrow...) I will send you the 6BTC straight away. In addition to this, I will send another .5 BTC within the next 3 days.

You're more than welcome to contact me regarding this by replying to the thread or PMing me. Or if you want to send the loan right away, my address is: 17BaaafqPt9fYgXhTwpJqjj5S9YX2wLd3G. PM me or reply in the thread to let me know you've sent the loan, along with the address you want to be repaid on.

Hopefully this isn't a long shot for a new member - As I need these coins today.

Thanks in advance!
14  Economy / Currency exchange / [CLOSED] WTB 6 BTC for £50 UK bank transfer on: September 13, 2012, 05:25:22 AM
Hi,

As the title says, I'm looking to buy 6 BTC for £50 instant UK bank transfer. I need these coins within the next 4 hours. Please reply here or send me a PM if you're interested and can complete the transaction within the required timeframe.

I'll be checking this thread (and my PM box) in a few hours - And hopefully someone will be online at that time to do this trade.

Oh, I'm also willing to send the GBP via PayPal if the seller would prefer that.

Thanks!

EDIT: No longer required, thanks for reading.
15  Economy / Lending / Need micro-loan ASAP! 50% interest! (CLOSED) on: August 14, 2012, 11:09:41 AM
Hi guys,
I'm after a loan of .1BTC for less than 2 weeks. I'll repay .15 the next time I get more BTC for a purchase, could be few days - or 2 weeks at most. Tiny amount to risk for a large return!

I need this because I am a tiny bit of BTC short for a purchase which I need to make immediately, right now. I cannot wait for an exchange site to process a GBP deposit. I am hoping I can get this within the hour.

Send to this address: 1HGQG7279kfSEoD1zrpUgfGXwMvBUTwTyG, then PM me. First person to PM me will be the person giving me the loan, if I recieve multiple payments I will send back.

Thanks in advance guys!
Chop chop! Cheesy
16  Economy / Goods / [WTS] $10 Amazon Gift Card (CLOSED) on: August 12, 2012, 09:38:48 PM
Hey,

First of all, I'll explain why I'm doing this:
  • To improve my reputation on this forum.
  • I've earned enough points on a certain reward site to purchase either a $5 PayPal Gift Card or 2x $5 Amazon Gift Cards for the nearly same amount of points. I don't really want either of these rewards. I want $10 worth of Bitcoin instead! So here I am, selling 2x $5 Amazon Gift Codes for $10 worth of Bitcoin. It's a legitimate website and the codes will work, guaranteed. I have claimed $75 worth of PayPal Gift Cards in my almost 2 year duration at the site. They've all worked.
  • I also live in the UK, and don't have an account on Amazon.com and as the gift cards are in $$$ I'm unsure whether they would work on Amazon.co.uk - The PayPal Gift Cards in USD which I've redeemed in the past do indeed work and just change the currency to GBP, but I'm unsure about the Amazon ones.

So yeah, any takers?

$10 Amazon for Bitcoin.
Price negociable. But offer me $10 worth of Bitcoin (currently about 0.9) and it's all yours.
Post in the thread or PM me if you're interested. Willing to chat about the trade via Skype/MSN if required.

I will be ready to make the trade tomorrow (as I don't quite have enough reward points to claim the vouchers yet, but definitely will have by tomorrow).

Thanks for reading!
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Where to deposit GBP to get BTC by Sunday? on: July 26, 2012, 04:18:09 PM
Hey,

I need some BTC by Sunday, Intersango is down and MtGox takes 1-3 BUSINESS days which would be a gamble.
How can I get fast BTC for my GBP that I will have by Sunday? Or should I just take the MtGox gamble?

EDIT: Also noticed MtGox is a Barclays bank. If I deposit the GBP from a Barclays bank, will the transfer be instant?

Cheers
