3  Economy / Collectibles / [WTS] 2017 2oz silver 4 years DOGE bar on: August 22, 2021, 09:55:14 AM
Hi All, been a while since I've posted. Been quite a ride the last year eh? I have been very busy but have been meaning to sell these for quite some time

I have 5 of my 2017 DOGE pure silver bars available. Originally only around 25 were sold when released and the other half have been sitting in my safe since. So dipping my toe into releasing these into the wild, more will likely follow up to around 20 to be sold. Bit of a rare collectible as are the original plated versions.

$450 each

Please be patient with replies to DMs and posts, I am only at my computer a few hours in the evenings usually.

I hear these have been going for quite a bit and I was shocked to find eBay listings going for almost $800 and the plated versions going for almost $500 with the rarer versions coming up to nearly $1k!

If you are here I'm sure you know about these bars. But the basic info is as follows:

Bars are limited to only 50- of those 50 only 25 were sold. Struck in February of 2018.

.999 fine silver, weight: 2 oz.

The coingate payment option is disabled on the website currently, but you can see photos of the bar.

4  Economy / Reputation / Crypto832 -grifter and scammed me for $80 on: July 29, 2019, 08:45:05 PM
TLDR: Crypto832 is a nasty piece of work who lied to me about his identity to act as a middleman to skim profit. Then accuses me of scamming him when he was not even the recipient of the miner I sold.

I will keep this short and to the point as possible and let the DM logs speak for themselves. I am creating this topic preemptively as I value my forum profile and it would be a shame to see my reputation marred by an incident with such a vitriolic and unpleasant individual. Though truly I am not concerned about a conman like Crypto832. I still want my side of the story told.

Long story short, I agreed to sell my X2 miner to Crypto832 - also of the discord handle jrc832. My discord is snatly. The guy was pushy but I had recently became a new father and didnít want the hassle of driving to a data centre to get the miner hosted. The price was low, but I figured that I could just post it and that would be the end of it. Boy was I wrong. The initial trade fell through due to disagreements on price and me being unable to guarantee certain conditions as at one point the miner was not in hand- so I could not guarantee it would be declared low value to avoid import taxes from China. But he was still sniffing around interested (now I know why) and we agreed on another trade, direct without escrow- this time I had the miner in hand and could guarantee certain aspects of the trade with him.

The problems began:

The track and trace service I used got delayed, so Crypto832 started getting a little pushy - he wanted damages for lost revenue. I figured it wasnít unreasonable and provided a partial refund of close to 3-4 days of mining revenue (please see log pics). Time passed and the delay lengthened to almost 14 days. After this point I was continually accused of scamming him, intentionally shipping the miner slowly to screw him over and of course further reparations were demanded.
Now mister Crypto832 aka jrc832 on discord had already got a dang decent deal on the miner, I paid shipping and gave him some extra for the delay. Until the miner was delivered (and after) he continued his unhinged haranguing asking for another refund and threatening me with scam flags and negative feedback. At this point I was suspicious of his intentions, but offered him apologies and the chance to return the miner. Of course this would not work because he was not the actual recipient of the miner I sent.
Shortly after this another member of the forum informed me that Crypto832 had infact sold the miner forward and had no intention of using it himself having made a tidy profit acting as a middleman hustling- getting me (unbeknownst) to forward it directly to *his* customer.
Bittawm informed me of this and requested we get in a group chat to try and iron this out- since we all knew each other I didnít think it would be a problem. In this chat Bittawm called Crypto832 out for his shady dealings and the conversation quickly descended into homosexual slurs (lol really are we in highschool buddy?) and of course, the favourite go-to scam accusations.
And that is where I chose leave this interaction, having lived up to my side of the trade but somehow still scamming in his opinion.

The middle man hustle isnít what Iím bothered by, hats off to him for doing that leg work- even if he executed it in what I consider it to be an incredibly shady and dishonest manner. But what I do take task with is accusing me of dishonest dealings, of being a scammer and actually threatening me to basically pay up or face the consequences of a scam flag. Well as many of you know I treat everyone with respect and honour my commitments here on bitcointalk and I refused to be bullied by a member who spins up multiple accounts and in the process of the trade tries to shake me down in the process.

Below are the chat logs which I feel speak for themselves. Shout out to Bittawm for uncovering these strange dealings.

For the sake of brevity I will not post the initial chats and dealings I had for the initial trade. The conversation here begins while I am informing him that the miner looks like it was hosted in a dirty shed in China rather than an actual data centre. dox info has been blacked out.

Trigger warning: graphic language Wink

I'll let the logs to the talking. Self moderating this thread as I'm sure this will get a bee in someone in particular's butt.

See more on this joker here:

Also in his negative feedback on my profile he said I was not responding to DMs, after being called all manner of things on discord and knowing that the end customer and recipient of the miner was not him I ignored his message. I know bittawn is doing everything to make things right with the end customer who has a legitimate problem with the miner that needs to be resolved.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / [Question] Replacement for Fusion Silicon X2 PSU? on: May 16, 2019, 11:29:29 AM
It's been a long time since I mined. Long story short I think I got an incompatible PSU from Fusion Silicon and I assume I could use a standard PSU to replace it? Rather than ship it back and wait I'd like to just purchase an equivalent.

Help much appreciated.

Figured it out, the info on the PSU was unusual. Should work with EU voltage.
6  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Fusion Silicon X2 1-2 available on: April 28, 2019, 08:41:38 PM
Hosted by Fusion Silicon currently, been mining only 2 weeks. Will ship internationally.

No problems but due to some other circumstances I'm selling this limited edition miner.

Also potentially have another for sale.

Please message offers. I'm looking for around $3900

9  Economy / Collectibles / [ANN] DOGEbar - 4 year anniversary - limited run - WOW! on: February 03, 2018, 06:27:44 PM
Introducing the 4 year anniversary Doge bar!

A few days ago I finally got the shipment of the doge anniversary bars that I planned in early December and I have to say- it's some of my best work, but judge for yourself. I'm very excited to share this with you my wonderful shibes. It's been a long time since I've done a project for the fun of it, but I think you'll agree it is a striking design.

Doge has been kind to me over the years, I've come a long way since mining doge in my basement and now it's time to pay back a little of this kindness to dogecoin and the community that makes it possible.

Only 100 102 of these beautifully rendered plated bars have been minted (wow!) making it a truly limited edition. In addition to owning your lovely dogecoins, you too can own a little part of serious shibe history- such desirability.

50 pure silver bars have been added with variation on the design for a hallmark to indicate purity and weight.

50 matte bars will be available in March.

Mintage numbers

Gallery link:

prices are as follows:

pure silver $200

All bars come in capsules. All prices include shipping.

If you are interested please DM me. Or check out

In the spirit of doge 20% of all profits will be put aside to be donated to a charity which does important work helping defectors and refugees from North Korea (Liberty in North Korea).

Obviously doge is accepted, but if you want to use a different payment method I'm pretty flexible.

In addition to the bar I decided to take part of the artwork and turn it into stickers/apparel here:

11  Economy / Economics / Martin Armstrong Reports thoughts? Questions? on: January 06, 2016, 05:58:39 PM
Are they any good? Relevant to the 'little guy'?

I have only ever purchased some video streams of presentations which were fascinating, but largely useless to those looking to position themselves the most positively for the coming shift/deflation/social unrest here in Western Europe and throughout the rest of the world.

Honestly I'm interesting in reading all his writings, if his blogs are this insightful, then I imagine these full reports must be even better.

Please reply or PM your thoughts or if you've bought them in the past and your impressions. They are pretty pricey to those of us still working for a living, so maybe a group buy could be an option? Again PM me with your thoughts.

13  Economy / Services / [ANN] Coin Design and Manufacture service! Physical wallets and holograms on: January 03, 2016, 02:16:18 PM
As many of you know I have designed and made a number of physical coins here at bitcointalk. Some of which are not released yet (I will post images when I have strikes in my possession). I also sell and have published a book on how I make my coins available on Lulu, Amazon, and here on bitcointalk (please see my sig!).

It is due to my extensive experience that I am now offering a coin design and manufacture service. I previously have done a number of private commissions. Service details are as follows:

My fee:
$200 payable in bitcoin
★I can provide some quick rough sketches before you commit.

Included in the service:

★★ Complete design of your coin based on your specifications and unlimited* iterations and re-designs. Includes at least 8 hours of design time.
I will work closely with your sketches, notes or ideas to get you the best design that you are happy with- communication is key and you will updated with every iteration I make for feedback and input.

★★ I provide advice on materials, finish, size and manufacturer recommendation.

★★ I also provide a generic bitcoin hologram (if required, see costs below). I can design a unique hologram for you too.

★★ Management of the production of your coins.

These are approximate material prices:

★Mold costs: $150

★Coins per piece: $1-2 (I always budget for $1.75)

★Coins cost more when painted and/or engraved.

★Postage: $50 (can vary with number of coins)

★Average time from final design including iteration: 2-4weeks

★Depending on complexity of design and iteration.

★Total manufacture costs assuming 100 coins approx $400.

★Generic Holograms come to around $70 + $15 design fee.

★For unique holograms (1000) total cost is $500 + $50 design fee.

Please PM me to discuss Smiley

Examples of my work:

*Unlimited iterations within reason.

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [QUESTION] Crypto linked to a portfolio? on: December 06, 2015, 03:30:45 PM
Say I had a portfolio of $100k and I was using a proprietary method/software. And I was making returns good enough to want to pull in investment to link to my portfolio in the form of a crypto directly pegged to a percentage of my portfolio or a share.

What would be a good way to do this? Listing as a cryptostock? Creating a crypto that is limited/pegged to my portfolio and letting it trade freely? A NXT asset?

I'm very interested in hearing people's opinions on the most efficient (and legal) way to do this. I'd like people to have access to some of the great returns available with the  proprietary trading I have access to.
17  Economy / Reputation / Responding to Shield's trust farming accusations on: November 21, 2015, 11:10:56 PM
See this thread for details.

Response :
Thanks for unlocking the thread.

First off, it makes me kind of disappointed that people would abuse my ebook for trust- if that is the case. I put a lot of work into it and I think the price is very fair.

Second, the OP is probably right. The neutral feedback button would be more appropriate for newer users. I had not noticed the button until recently, so didn't really think where it's use would be appropriate.

As a result I will no longer be giving positive trust for purchases of my ebook. Any physical copies and coins that I sell will still rate positive.  I will have to think about altering some of the previous feedback (see more on this below) , I think it may be appropriate for the newer accounts, I will be messaging them regarding this thread. But I think it is enough for now to publicly state my operating guidelines going forward.

I will be honest and state that until now I did not know that I was on the DT list nor was I fully aware of how my trust rating carried so much weight. This will mean that I will almost certainly have to alter the ratings I have given in the past month for my ebook.

Lastly I don't think it's constructive to make threads on trusted users without at least letting them know. I was made aware by another member.

The thread has inadvertently promoted my ebook which is fine by me so thanks for the chance to write about it Smiley anyone who posted on the thread about it can get a 10% discount, but only neutral trust  now Wink

Seems I have been removed from the DT. Which sucks as I was given no chance to rectify my mistakes. But these things happen when are unaware or unable to respond to accusations.

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / When did the Cryptsy prize draw become so insignificant/small? on: November 01, 2015, 06:42:40 AM
I remember when the prizes were some cool miners ect...

Is this just a sign that their attention is elsewhere? Or something else?
