You'll need:
Social engineering skills, a lot of time to invest in research and communication with people, real paypal account.
You can make a decent buck if you're smart.

PROS:You can make money for sure.

CONS:
Risk of being disputed by a scammer if he's aware of this method, or knows what you're doing.

My review
The book is straight to the point and the possibility of generating more than $500 per month is guaranteed.
The method is totally legal and you will be doing a legitimate business with it.
Problem or possible problem
The only method of payment is paypal but it can be twisted via other websites.
I doubt if anybody can send you money before getting what they want from you but if you can invest some money and wait for your payment period you will easily generate good money here.
This is one of the best book that i have seen around here.
