22  Economy / Lending / Looking for 40BTC/Fiat on: June 26, 2013, 08:36:15 PM
Hello, I'm looking for a small business loan. I have been selling electronic cigarettes for the past 8 months and doing very well. Currently I sell at my local flea market on the weekends only, and gross between $3,500-$4,000 monthly sales. Recently I have been shopping around for a store for the future, and it will cost around $10,000 to get into a store, so I had all the time in the world to save.
Recently the electronic cigarette store in my local mall lost their contract, they lost their contract because the owner was never attending his store, and its $3,500 to move in, a much better deal than $10,000 and it has flow through traffic.

Why cant I just save up for a month you ask?
Competition, there is already another person who has a store at the mall looking to open up an ecig shop in the mall, so for a steal of a deal I have to beat him to the contract. I have been taking all the sales for the past 8 months and reinvesting to more product. And now I have over $40,000 worth of product for sale.

Why am I asking for $4,000 worth of BTC/Fiat when its only $3500 move in? Depending on the location it can be between $3,200-$3,700 literately 10 feet over can be $150 more expensive per month, I will be renting a kiosk for ~$1,500/mo.

How will I pay the loan back?
Right now I'm not running month to month on product, I have the product for the next 8-10 months (at current rate at the flea market). I have a steady customer base because ecigs are not like shoes, customers have to come back and buy nicotine.

We can make arrangements for re-payment with interest to start 30 days after opening the store, this way there is some grace time.
After the last payment is made the following 30 days I will give you 5% of total profit of the next 30 days.
I'm looking for something in the lines of 3 months repaid $5,000 total + 5% of profit the following month after loan repayment BTC/Fiat, but its open for negotiation. If by the off chance I'm not able to make the full payment for the month, an extra 8% interest will be added to the remaining balance.

Please PM for any questions, I'm able to offer any information about myself, credit card transaction records, where I live, my phone number, drivers license number, 700 credit score, pictures of inventory, and all bills always paid on time.

If by chance, the other interested party signs the contract before I do, loan will be repaid + $150 interest.

I'm looking for 1-2 parties preferably 1. If 2, interest will be divided by 2 including the 5% profit.

P.S. if you have 9 posts and joined yesterday, don't get your post count up here spamming my thread   Wink

27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Alt Crypots hurting prices? on: May 03, 2013, 12:26:40 AM
Anyone else think that alternates are hurting the price of BTC?

We keep getting new coins that just have a source code change that have 5 million made the first day, and everyone thinks they should be worth 25 cents. This is bringing money out of the market for BTC, and LTC, because everyone dumps them for these new coins, because by tomorrow they should be worth $1... for a worthless coin that only has the value of trade.

I guess now the only way to make money these days is to design rename the newcoin mine it first and sell it in 3 days.

31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Armory wont open on: February 03, 2013, 10:56:28 AM
When I try to open armory, I'm getting a popup that tells me to look at the armory.exe.

I open it and I'm getting this error

      from armoryengine import
   File "armoryengine.pyc", line 380 in <module>

Any advice on how to fix this?

Or

How would I go about getting the coins off armory onto bitcoinqt?

Thanks for any help.
32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Bitcoins gone on: December 25, 2012, 06:16:48 PM
So here is whats going on, I bought a new laptop with windows 8, I transferred all my data onto an external hard drive, when I opened it up on W8 I had to load the blockchain again, and the UI looked odd. When everything loaded, everything was there except my coins, transaction names are there but nothing else.

I thought it may be a failure of transfer from my hard drive so I plugged in my old hard drive to my new computer via external ports so W8 and W7 were hooked up at the same time, and the same results. The UI looks weird, so I plugged in my non-external hard drive to another computer that's the same model as my windows 7 while their hard drive was still loaded, and re downloaded the block chain off my W7 hard drive. The chain loaded, the saved transaction names loaded, no coins showed up.

The persons who W7 computer I used also has bitcoin-qt installed they didn't have any coins in their account, but after the blockchain reloaded, and nothing showed up, I opened his bitcoin-qt, and my transaction names are saved under his client, and all coins are missing.

What am I missing? I thought that having the data on the external was safe enough, had no paper backups, but somewhere something conflicted.
It was only 10 coins gone, but I'm curious if anyone knows of a fix, or have had the same issue and can tell me if I'm wasting time trying to get the coins.

Let me know if I confused you with my explanation lol.
33  Bitcoin / Legal / Can bitcoin be copyrighted? on: December 17, 2012, 04:27:59 AM
I'm selling generic label Electronic Cigarettes, but I can brand them. I'm thinking of using the bitcoin B's to incorporate into the logo/design/name somehow. It will help spread the word of BTC to smokers.

Before I do so, I want to make sure I'm not going to be sued down the road..

38  Economy / Service Discussion / BitPay zen cart need help on: October 25, 2012, 02:25:23 AM
I'm trying to add bitpay to zen cart, and I'm getting stuck, I've been trying for a few days now.
"(You are presently using: v1.5.1)"

When I install it onto my server, I go to admin>moduels>payment, and nothing shows.

I've moved files around, and I can get this to show up after moving files:

ERROR: module not loaded due to missing language file: /home/edit*/public_html/zencart/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/bitpay.php

Anyone have some advice Huh

I would have to assume it would save power not having to run fans, + air conditioner to cool down rooms.
