I am getting lotts of pm these days with these bounty managers to join there bounty program.While I love bounty and join the one that I like but I beleieve this kind of spammy pm are not needed as anyone can check bounties section and join the one that he prefer.Is that in voilation of any bounty rule?

What I understand is that activity increase every 14 days by 14 activity points.
My activity will be 224 in next activity update and 238 in following activity period. So I have to wait for another 14 days to get just 2 more activity points to become sr.member.

I suggest the forum should have some minimum charge to open an ICO thread here.This will put off scammers to some extent.
