I have decided to try something different than my usual offers. I will be trying out an auction style listing.

The rules of the auction are as follows:

• I will set a minimum bid based off of 95% of the melt value of the items in the lot
• You may bid any amount that is above the highest bid or the minimum bid
• Like eBay you will only have to pay 0.1BTC more than the bidder under you. (For example if you bid 20BTC and the next highest bid was 15BTC then you would only have to pay 15.1BTC)
• You may post your maximum bid publicly in this thread or send it privately to me. I will reveal in the thread that you have bid .1BTC over the next highest and auto-bid for you if further bids are made below your maximum.

This almost 40 year year old round commemerates the second innauguration of President Nixon and Vice President Agnew.

With a total weigh 198.3 grams of .925 sterling silver this round contains 5.9 troy oz of silver.

The round is 63.58mm in diameter and its 3D surface varies between 6.4mm and 7.5mm, the image really sticks out.

This round was made by Gilroy Roberts, Chief Engraver of the United States Mint from 1948 to 1964 for the Franklin Mint.

EDIT: - These are Canadian coins, which are 80% solid silver.

Using the API blockchain.info provides you can check any balance you want, it also allows you to very quickly import a private key and send money from it. This is great but I want to do it on my own servers.

I am looking for a tool that can read the blockchain and:

• Runs on my own server using the blockchain/p2p network for input
• Quickly return the balance for any address
• Quickly send a payment from any private key

It seems to me that the default client cannot do this as it has to rescan the blockchain every time you add another key.

I am thinking that perhaps the server that the electrum client uses could be used for something like this?

I am pretty good with perl and building API clients. Any advise on a good starting point would be appreciated.
