1  Economy / Goods / Royal Dutch Mint / Silver - Gold / Proxy-purchase (ESCROW ONLY) on: August 31, 2013, 08:32:31 PM
Hereby I'm willing to offer to proxy purchase coins and other memorabilia from the Dutch Royal Mint.

A complete inventory of the Royal Dutch Mint can be found here:
http://www.knm.nl/Webwinkel/nl/page/176/

How does it work?
- Choose @ website of Royal Dutch Mint what you would like
- Contact me, so I can check inventory of Royal Dutch Mint
- Calculate the shipping costs to me & you
- Deposit the bitcoins @ escrower
- I buy for you the good as requested
- After delivery ship it to you (registered, and depending on value/your preference insured)
- Escrower releases the funds after you received the good

As this is a risky business for buyer and seller, these purchases will only be available with escrow.
For the first 3 orders I will be paying the escrow fee's, after that the buyer will pay the fee's.

What am I asking in return?
- I'm asking a fixed 7% fee
This fee is calculated based on: price of goods + shipment in Holland to me.
This means the fee is not based on the shipment fee to you

To avoid problems or any unclarity:
- I'm not keeping any stock
- I cannot be held responsible for out-of-stock of Royal Dutch Mint (bitcoins will be returned)
- I'm not affiliated with Royal Dutch Mint, I'm 'just' a Dutch citizen providing this service.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Please PM (or write here) if you have these available.

3  Economy / Goods / [WTB] 2x New Cell/Mobile Phones (Samsung S4, S3 Mini or Oppo Find 5) on: May 28, 2013, 08:08:21 PM
I'm currently interested in buying -two- NEW phones (one for me, one for my girlfriend).

I'm looking for one of the following models:
- Samsung S4
- Oppo Find 5
and/or
- Samsung S3 Mini

One sale of two phones would be preference, however if you have one fo phones listed above (that meet the criteria below), don't hesitate to write too...!
I have no problems with escrowed transactions, as long as they are performed by highly trusted members of this forum (as John K. or Graet).

Few things to consider:
- Must be European/International GSM phone(s). (CDMA is not used here, and frequencies of the phone operated could be different too)
- Phone(s) must be unlocked.
- Phone(s) must be new in box

- Don't care about type of charger (UK/EUR), as long as it's stock (all three models charge by micro-USB)
- Want to pay in Bitcoins
- If near; local purchase can be made -> I live in The Netherlands

If you have a phone for sale you can write here, or by PM.
If we decide to do a transaction, I will always list that I buy and from who.
4  Economy / Currency exchange / [WTS] 3.5 BTC for PayPal on: April 20, 2013, 12:22:12 PM
Hi there,

I sell BTC3.5 for MtGox Last + 10%.
Prefer EUR, but USD okay too.

You have to be PayPal verified, have a well reputation (here), and preferable OTC.

You don't have to buy the full amount, just contact me with what you need.

/m

EDIT: as I'm from EU, I cannot use Moneypak or something similar.
5  Economy / Goods / [WTB] BTC Creditcard (prepaid, but with BTC charging) on: April 13, 2013, 11:28:53 PM
I'm looking for a creditcard, one where I charge with BTC, and converts it into EUR (and with conversion USD) prepaid-balance.
As far as I'm aware Bitcurex was selling these; i've been trying for a few days to buy one via their website, but it seems down for maintenance.

Perhaps there are other parties that offer a similar service.

6  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Base/Fallback node setup - Tips & Hints Requested on: January 05, 2013, 07:55:54 AM
Hi all,

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right subforum, please move if needed.

Since I like Bitcoin, I want to make a contribution to the network by making my servers which I own available as Bitcoin nodes.
I not want to do any form of mining, and making profit out of it is definitely not the intention.

I want to setup a reliable base-node (fallback node is the right term I suppose), which people can connect to.
I suspect the 'usual' bitcoin-qt client might not be optimized for that.

What software can I used best? I've linux and windows servers available.
The servers are located in NL (Datacenter), and connected by Gbit Uplink.

Please give me some suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
7  Other / Off-topic / Bitcoin ASICs - Litecoin mining capable? on: December 11, 2012, 01:09:29 PM
Hi to all,

I'm one of the (hopefully) happy future owners of an ASIC, and are checking my (future) possiblities if the difficulty exponentially grows and rewards drop for Bitcoin Mining.

Mining software that will be used is cgminer or bfgminer.
Will a "Bitcoin ASIC" be able to mine for Litecoins too?

From the general perspective it looks like LTC is setup the same as the BTC architechture, however I'm not that deep into it.
Who can enlighten me?

- Mike
