Those of you that may not be aware, I have been active on this site for several years and have been mining as well. I am in the process of moving again, so rather than tearing all of my wiring/assets down, I figured I would see if anyone is looking to get into owning/operating a mining facility. Therefore this post is for the opportunity to save on startup costs associated with creating a mining facility. Included in the asking price are the following: Take over remainder of our lease of for two more years, you are locked in at $833.33/mo excluding utilities (the sale price does not include coverage of lease payments, you would still be obligated to make the remainder of the lease payments). There currently is a tenant in the storefront side of facility currently paying rent. ($350/mo all utilities included, renting about 250 sq/ft of space) Back half is yours (as pictured), or you can terminate their lease to keep front for yourself. Current commercial electric rates are .055cents/kwh with DTE. Can guide you through the rate selection process with DTE to ensure you get the most aggressive rates possible. Also included is custom wiring of a 400 amp panel, including 48 120v plugs, and 12 220v plugs. For cooling a 35,000cfm upblast fan was installed in the roof to suck all of the hot air out of the building during the summer months. All you would need is to setup an account with a cable company, the electric company, and a pc or server to interface with miners/firewall to get mining immediately. Will accept payment in either cash or bitcoin for the transferring of business ownership. A breakdown of all finances spent are below. Once again this sale is for the assets/infrastructure put in place for a mining facility. 35,000CFM Loren Cook upblast fan $12,000 2 - 200 amp panels with wiring $15,000 Firewall, Unmanaged Switches, Cabling, $1,600 Pdus $1,200 Industrial Floor Fans $650 5000 BTU Floor AC Unit $500 6 Metal Racks, 2 plastic racks $640 24 Antminer S9's 2 Dragonmint T1's 1 Antminer Z9 4 Antminer T9 Asking $50,000 or equivalent bitcoin. Open to offers. Video of facility can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPhLTGYaLh0https://www.youtube.com/embed/QA4pG5wrOxUOnce again, I am open to offers. As I would rather not have to deal with the headache of renting a crane, and tearing everything down to bring everything across country with me. If there is no interest, then I will do so.

BCMonster.com is happy to announce that we are transitioning to a complete multipool! Some of you may or may not be familiar with us but we started as a bitcoin mining pool in 2015. To adapt to the ever-evolving industry we have started to expand our pool offerings. By going to bcmonster.com you can now select on the pools tab and have the option to mine Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Atom (BCA), Litecoincash (LCC), Komodo (KMD), Horizen (ZEN), Hush, Piratecoin (ARRR), Zaddex (ZEX) and more to come. Instructions to get miningFor BTC, BCA and LCC (SHA-256) simply sign up by registering a username and password for each coin and follow the instructions in the getting started tab to get mining immediately. For KMD, HUSH, ZEN, ZEX and ARRR (Equihash) just follow the instructions in the getting started page to point your miners and get started mining. No registration necessary. Current offeringsAll pools carry a 1% pool fee with the exception of the bitcoin (BTC) pool. In an attempt to reinvigorate interest in mining btc we will grant permanent zero pool fees to any user who signs up and mines btc up until we achiever over 20 petahashes of total pool speed. More offerings to come with other coins as well. Future plansWe plan on creating a central login and landing page for all pools to have one username and password for all algorithms. Creating a central portal regardless of desired coin to mine. Our landing page will also feature links to the coin pools available to mine. Some of you may know, I used to have my machines remotely hosted years ago. This was basically because the cost of power in Connecticut is the third highest in America. I knew I was moving to Michigan so in January of 2018 I started looking for a perfect facility. This ended up being one of the hardest parts as industrial rental properties were far too large and too high of rent, and the commercial spaces lacked the appropriate power. I ended up finding a hybrid space in April which was perfect. The front has an office and the back is about 1000sq ft of garage space, with 25 feet high ceilings and an overall length and width of roughly 50'x15'. I have room for roughly 2000 miners given the high ceilings. The problem was the current panel was only 200amps with mostly 120v, so I had to spend a decent amount getting another 200amp panel installed full of 3 phase 230v breakers. So my current setup consists of 24-120v outlets on 20amp breakers and 12-230v outlets on 20amp breakers. I started off with 19-S9s and 6-T9s. Now I am utilizing pdu's to expand before having to expand with another 400amp panel. I already have the local electric company coming next week to provide a site survey for my transformer upgrade. Reason being, once I hit 55 machines I will be at max capacity. Now I have acquired 10 more s9s and 1 z9, and hope to acquire another 10 in the next few weeks. Being 25 feet tall ceilings I came across a new challenge. The extensive height of the ceilings made the hot air pool up at the metal roof and come down like a thick fog drowning the miners in heat. So the solution was a 30000cfm upblast exhaust fan in the roof and mesh holes in the garage door for air suction in. I am still building and had to spend a lot of time fixing cosmetics, but here are my machines as they stand now. Attached is the video of the space after I installed the fan (still working on cosmetics as a construction company was here previously and left it in pretty rough shape). https://youtu.be/cxmjioInNq0Attached is a picture of the expansion occurring. Questions, comments, recommendations certainly welcome. (Yes those plastic racks will go in favor of the black and the cabling will get sorted once my electrician comes and tells me what can/cannot be done and where.

I recently relocated my mining farm to a new location. (19 S9s, 6 T9s). I repackaged everything in their original boxes for the haul to the new location (700 miles away). Upon setting up the farm in the new location, 2 of my s9s now occasionally fall into some sort of limp mode (hashing two of the three boards) and one stops mining altogether. I have ordered new power supplies for the two that sometimes mine on two of three boards. (All of my machines run on HP Platinum series 1200w PSUs). The power outlets of the farm are half 120v half 230v. Oddly enough, the machines acting up are the ones plugged into 230v. However, when I swap these machines over to 120v now, they still show the same symptoms. Should I purchase the bitmain power supplies and give those a shot? Kernel log data below. Title is self explanatory, trying to get insurance for all of my hardware purchases for my facility since it is growing rapidly. A ton of tech insurance companies are turning me down once I disclose what the purpose of the data center is. Are there any miner friendly insurance companies you recommend?

As the title states, I have 4 power supplies that I am selling. 3 Corsair RM850 power supplies (all are under 60 days old, can provide proof with amazon prime receipt) - Including 6 pcie connectors each and jumper cable. If you need the rest of the connectors (for pc use) let me know and I can arrange for that). 1 Ebay KDM power 850w power supply (This was used to power the controllers of 2 s7s as I believe this really is not capable of running 850w safely. The most I ever got out of it consistenly was 400w. This was purchased 4 months ago. I have used these to power my home farm of 2 antminer s7s, but now that i moved to a bigger setup and a hosting facility, I would like to get rid of these for space/uniformity sake. For all power supplies I would take 1BTC obo. Willing to entertain offers for each individual power supply as well. A picture of setup for reference.

Looking to sell My SP20e I bought used off of ebay January 10th and have been using it underclocked since then with one RM850. This unit I hooked up a second RM850 to for testing purposes and does show it can achieve close to the 1.7TH advertised (I was hitting 1.6 off of my testing).
The unit is fully functional, stable and can be sent out for the right offer.
Looking to get .75BTC for the SP20E I had the multiple power supplies rather than the single large power supplies so I can distribute the load to different breakers in my home.
Any reasonable offers will be considered. Will ship to the continental US only or offer local pickup. (Located in CT)
For those wondering why I am selling so quick, is I got clobbered with electrical costs due to variable electrical delivery rates here in the northeast.
