1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: February 09, 2024, 11:04:58 AM

There is no Devin Haney versus Gervonta Davis. There is no Ryan Garcia versus Jose Ramirez. Because Devin Haney and Ryan Garcia bargained a deal for an April 20 match in Las Vegas. This is not the match fans are expecting but this is a great challenge for Ryan Garcia. A fighter that knocks opponents and the other is a defense technician.

2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Viewpoint of a fan gambling on: February 01, 2024, 02:12:10 AM
When I saw a survey indicating that the majority of voters chose the player that only a handful of experts expect to win over the player that has proven to be more dominant, it blew my mind.

I am talking about the boxing match between former champion and big star Anthony Joshua and mma star Francis Nganou. However, I remember not long ago I refused to place a wager on Real Madrid because I desired Girona to win La Liga. In addition, wagering against the Los Angeles Lakers when matched with the best NBA teams is difficult for me.

I want to find out if there are individuals like me. What percentage of the gamblers in Bitcointalk are wagering and not wagering to their dearest star player, club and team?
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - July 29 on: April 05, 2023, 07:30:19 AM

Disregard the Terrence Crawford and Keith Thurman. The match we have been waiting for is here! The two boxers who have never lost are on the same page. The date is June 17, and the location is Las Vegas, Nevada. When there were no promoters or other parties involved, the talks became effective. Terrence Crawford had previously told reporters that he would personally speak with Errol Spence and that was it. Someone that has 0 has to go. Another division that all alphabets will be unified. We are encouraging the other divisions to do the same, one champion.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Worry not! The Greatest Giants are with us! on: March 28, 2018, 09:33:02 AM
This comes a bit late but still very much relevant, especially to somehow appease a lot of Bitcoin fans and followers who are now on the edge of panic selling because of what Bitcoin has been going through these past weeks and even months.

I hope this little information will somehow address a big doubt on a significant number of Bitcoin fans and followers on the matter of overheard information that some governments are pushing for strict regulations or even ban on Bitcoin. Please know that the majority of the most powerful and advanced countries in the world is still widely open to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

So, guys, please chill out!  Wink

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Would you Agree? on: March 24, 2018, 03:16:45 AM
I am in favor of putting a little more regulation to altcoin-paying bounties. Here is a list of my recommendations:

1. I think there should be a limit as to the number of participants, not just in social media bounty but also in the signature campaign, content campaign, and the rest of the bounty campaigns. This will highly avoid some bounties to get raped.

2. Rules such as stakes depending on the number of posts rather than on a weekly or bi-weekly or on an overall basis should not be allowed. This is one of the primary reasons why we are seeing a lot of trash posts.

3. The number of characters should be increased to somewhere around 200 to 300 to make sure posts are not just garbage spams.

4. Newbies should not be allowed in bounty campaigns. These people are called Newbies because they are here primarily to learn. Not only did they end up messing around most of the time, they also end up posting merely for the sake of ranking up or complying the bounty requirements.

5. There should be a rule requiring that posts should be made with at least 20-30 minutes interval.

6. For a bounty campaign that assigns stakes on a weekly basis, posts should be done in at least 5 days. The same level of requirement should be implemented in a bounty campaign that assigns stakes only after the entire campaign is done.

Do you have anything more in mind? I need to hear your thoughts on this!
