1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Scammed: Quickzen / Rikugou on: February 17, 2016, 05:42:56 PM
What happened::
Bought a giftcard from an autobuy for 30$ a few weeks ago and even though I could call it in and the # appeared to be valid it had 0 balance on it. I searched for the seller on Google, found the same name with the same exact topic header on bitcoin talk. Found his Skype and sent him a message. He tells me it's an 'imposter' that set up the autobuy but he just sounds like he's a selective scammer. Before he had even slight details he was already saying, "it wasn't me, you got scammed'. How convenient when you can avoid all responsibility by saying that. This guy already has a scam report on here. A scammer would talk with you on Skype and try to convince you to put a large order in... it doesn't make sense that a scammer would make an autobuy and not advertise it anywhere, been watching the pay ivy account for a few weeks and it hardly gets sales, maybe like 3 or 4 including me, a scammer would sell way more of these codes. I found it with google advanced search and it looks like an abandoned autobuy, with legit descriptions, . What this guy most likely did was made an autobuy with his old name Rikugou , abandoned it and all the old codes from there he resold on his new autobuy 'quickzen'. Thats why I got a valid code instead of 'haha,  fuck you' in the product details.

I have been using bitcoin since they were worth 1$ each. I have lots experience buying from vendors and everything about this is fishy as hell. This guy was calling me a scammer before I even explained the situation.

Amount Scammed: $30
Payment Method: Bitcoins

Additional Notes: I advise you to not deal with this vendor. He refuses to take responsibility for any of this and was overall rude on skype. Basically told me I was screwed. These gift cards have recently started getting banned and it put a lot of sellers out of business this past month. He is trying to use BS excuses to not compensate me for a code he either resold or it was banned from the system(carding). A selective scammer.
2  Economy / Investor-based games / Multi signature escrow for all deposits! NEW IDEA. on: January 24, 2016, 11:24:01 PM
I was thinking about how the darknet keeps people from scamming... they use multi signature escrow so multiple people have to be involved with the transactions. So that not 1 person can scam, it would take the whole team of staff involved in the escrow to run off with the BTC

Maybe the staff at bitcointalk can set up an automated system so they can freeze the 'bitcoin bank accounts' that are created for these ponzi admins. If staff was more involved in this, these ponzi scams could not be ended prematurely by admin running off with everyone's bitcoin.

Guys this can totally kill any attempts and incentive to scam and make the ponzi naturally run it's course....  a proper system in place could revolutionize the bitcoin doublers and make them far more reliable.

Right now the system in place is:

-Invest money

-Pray you get the money back before site goes down...

Right now it's the damn wild west out here in this section of the forum and mods can't be bothered to give a fuck about people losing their money all the time...
3  Economy / Investor-based games / How To Invest In A Ponzi. on: January 24, 2016, 12:48:22 AM
Let me explain how to properly invest in a ponzi. You put in say 50$.. you get back 100$. Now just put back 50$ again... this money is your profit, if it wasnt for the doubler your profit from it would not exist and the doubler would not exist if people werent putting money into it constantly, so you put in 50$ again and it pays out again. So you get paid, put another 50$ in... but this time, the doubler stops working and you lose your money. So what have you lost? You have lost nothing, that was the profit from the same doubler that screwed you. Look at it like you are playing with poker chips, that money would not exist if it wasnt for the bitcoin doubler. The fact that you can lose your money at anytime, that is the gamble. If you cant take it dont play these ponzi games... this is not jesus feeding thousands of people with a few fish and some bread. You lost and walked away with 50$ profit in the end. Now you just have to find another 'reliable' doubler. If the admin is smart these sites can work for months but it will collapse eventually and you should expect it to.
4  Economy / Investor-based games / JUST CHILL. EVERYTHING WILL RETURN TO NORMAL! on: January 23, 2016, 03:09:11 AM
This thread is to just to remind everyone of the blockchain problems and that:

The doublers are having issues, payment has slowed down, please be patient. You are not making the problem better by complaining, you are just killing your investment more.

Please discuss this and lets all find some kind of common ground and peace of mind. We are all waiting to get paid.
