1  Other / Off-topic / Free and Cheap Ebooks with BookBub on: February 29, 2016, 03:44:25 PM
Hi guys

I thought some of you may be interested in this service which gives you free and cheap ebooks. https://www.bookbub.com/

You click on the link (non-referral) and enter your details to create an account, then you select the categories of books you're interested in. Then everyday you'll get an email with a number of books that are either free or discounted - it'll show the cover and have a brief synopsis of each title and a link to the deal.

Click on the link and it'll take you to the book - normally it's an Amazon page and you then buy the book (the cost is £0.00 if it's a free book) and you can then either download it or if you have a Kindle will automatically send the book to your Kindle (which is awesome).

I normally get offered a couple of books free a day, but the more categories you are interested in the more books you get offered.

It's a free service and a great way to be introduced to new authors.

If there's interest I can produce a step by step guide - but it shouldn't be needed as the process is really straightforward.

3  Economy / Investor-based games / http://btc-multiplier.net/ - Obvious Ponzi is obvious on: January 21, 2016, 09:06:33 PM
Hi all,

Weird thing happened this evening I had a random 0.10mBTC added to my wallet, the note attached says 'Special Offer! : If You Invest 0.04 Bitcoin x12 hours, You Will Get 4 Bitcoins Tomorrow , Or Simply Chose Any Multiplier & BTC At Btc-Multiplier.net'.

Their website address is http://btc-multiplier.net/index.html

This is obviously a Ponzi scam - but nice of them to give me some satoshis

Looks like they've gotten the addresses from investors of BTCSprout
