This November is the month of my Birthday and I want to help the Member ranks and below to get the opportunity for some SMerit that can be obtained from me, there are a number of requirements must be considered to meet the qualifications, by adding useful thread knowledge in the requirements, hopefully this will be one way to make the forum more useful and better:

Requirements:
- Rank: Member and Below
- Only 1 chance to apply for 1 account with a duration of every 120 days
- Newbie accounts must be at least 3 months old, 30 activities and 30 Post in English
- Accounts containing only bounty reports and proof of authentication messages are not allowed
