Hey guys,

I found something which leaves me with some questions.
A video i found on youtube regarding the Bitcoin ATM process.

Remark:
At minute 0:37

you see the "bitcoin atm" inbetween three other usual bank atm machines.
What leaves me wondering is why those atms are not from  cyprian or at least european banks, but from Asia, Thailand

"Hey guys, a friend of mine bought some bitcoins around January. His laptop is broken now but he has got an backup on his usb. One .txt file which has his bitcoin adress in it and one .dat file named BTC.dat ."

What programm do I need to download in order to import it back into it to get the coins.
