1  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Is Virtualization good enough ? on: August 12, 2018, 02:44:10 PM
Is Virtualization good enough to hold your wallets more securely than your PC, for example, you can install Virtualbox from Oracle which is the best free tool for virtualization and install a Linux machine, I installed Ubuntu, then added electrum to it. Is this also the safe method to keep also other personal critical files ?

I know that the .vhd file I should update often with a snapshot and keep with me in an USB I keep always with me. Is this the best method to store critical files ?
2  Economy / Service Discussion / questions on: August 12, 2018, 10:57:40 AM
I exchange periodically bitcoins to USD, through Skrill normally but the few days I had my Skrill account under review I started to use
I verified my account to level 2 so now I can withdraw up to 3000 USD daily to my VISA card. I tried Cex with only small amounts like 200-500 usd and it processed them very quickly.
My question is , is reliable for bigger transaction like 3000 USD daily as I intend soon to exchange all the amount of BTC I have made from my mining activity. What are your experiences with Cex ? Because at Skrill max I can exchange is 600 USD worth of BTC daily.
3  Economy / Services / Looking for casino/sportbook sponsorship on: August 06, 2018, 05:45:11 PM
Hi, probably you all know me by now but in case you don't I am one of the many tipsters of the forum here. So far I have managed my best records to make people be in profit for 6th consecutive weeks and I just started the 7th today with a good win hopefully (team leading 2-0 against a weak opponent).
I am looking for a sponsorship like the ones I had before with and , Sportsbet sponsored my bets for many months in 2016/2017 and Bitcoinrush sponsored me on November/December 2017. The sponsorship I ask is simple, you give me 0.04 BTC monthly, out of this I play 30 bets monthly 0.001 BTC each or 0.03 BTC in total, the 0.01 BTC is for my bets represented in my thread, and out all the 30 bets what remains in amount there, I have the right to withdraw it. This was the kind of sponsorship sponsored by Bitcoinrush and looking to repeat a successful run again starting now that major leagues are about to begin. If you want to be seen here is my thread,

Post here or PM, would love to be sponsored from my former sponsors but every new one I will be glad to help them out.
4  Other / Meta / Newbies shouldn't be allowed to post on Currency Exchange on: August 03, 2018, 05:46:00 PM
I am reading the Currency Exchange board whenever I need to exchange btc to Paypal and thankfully until now I have finished some trades with trustworthy persons, I send btc first to them and in 2 months 0 chargeback plus I have withdrawn all my paypal now. The problem is when I start reading these last few days noticed that the newbies with only very few posts are all over the place trying to sell/buy Paypal for bitcoin and to be honest they smell scam a few thousand meters away. I think we need to restrict that board to members only and up or if I am being too extreme, then at least Jr and to have at least 10 merits. Overall what I want to say is that we really need some restrictions there.
5  Economy / Exchanges / Is there a way (CEX.IO) on: July 28, 2018, 06:39:15 PM
I wonder if is there a way that you can change the deposit address provided by them. They always use the same address for deposit and this greatly reduces chances for security and privacy. I searched on google and could not find anything. Maybe someone here knows a bit more ?
6  Economy / Currency exchange / [H] BTC want [WU] --- Reputable members only on: July 25, 2018, 04:17:13 PM
The latest happening to me with the shitty exchange SKRILL led me to take this decision and to exchange anything through my contact who takes care of my mining. I have done some trades with different members using Paypal and everything went well. Of course I will send first as this thread is directed to very reputable member of the community and of course I can send first to them.

I can do a 100 USD exchange at first, and then I will continue this thread as I see fit when I have money to exchange. I cover the fees. For example I know WU fee is 9% and if I send you 100 USD in BTC you send me 91 USD in WU so I have covered your fee and I receive 91 USD.

7  Economy / Service Discussion / SKRILL-Withdrawal on: July 24, 2018, 04:14:29 PM
I tried to withdrawal some money which I just uploaded through Bitcoin and the funds are available in my balance. When I hit withdraw it says
as in the picture number 1 below

Then in picture 2 you can see I am fully verified in everything and I am using Skrill for years now.

What can be the problem, or momentarily Skrill is f up ?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Gtx 1060 3gb obsolete now ? on: June 25, 2018, 09:11:03 PM
I have seen that the Z9 mini is doing massive harm to the Zec network as the increase in hashrate is responsible for this thing happening here in the pic below. I have 2 x 1060 3Gb which I don't know what to mine with them, they seem not worthy anymore to use. Any ideas where to switch, tried Monero V7 doesn't work it is doing even less than Zec, tried Lyra2Rev same shit.

9  Economy / Services / [OFFERING SERVICE] EXCEL AND DATABASE ADVANCED on: June 23, 2018, 04:09:55 PM
Hi lately I have been in touch with a lecturer at Roma University in Italy which designs really quality EXCEL files for SME(Small Medium Enterprises) and also Databases in ACCESS.
What can be achieved ?
He can build any possible file for you and your business, mainly for your operators to work with. He said to me that you should ask first what is that you want to achieve and if it is possible he will reply with the cost and time to produce it.

PM me if interested or post here. Bear in mind that he can delay the response a few days because he is very busy so bear with that.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Heavy rain , board shut down on: June 22, 2018, 07:25:51 PM
One of my mining rigs which I keep in a country nearby got a bit of water, the reason was the guy who takes care for them for me was a bit irresponsible as he left windows open while a heavy rain he told me happened today there. The good thing, out of all the mining rigs only one, the one which was near the window was shut down. He told me he was too afraid to open it so he is waiting for tomorrow or aftertomorrow to trouble shoot it. Any good steps for troubleshooting ?
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Bitcoin Core questions on: June 17, 2018, 05:53:29 PM
Can I keep a Bitcoin Core wallet in an external hard drive ? If yes do I only need to copy the directories or I can install it in it just like can install for example a game to use in my PC directly from this external hard drive ? How much of a size should I buy the hard drive in order to keep the Bitcoin Core there for at least 10 years, 4 TB ,8 TB or 16 TB (not sure if there are 16 TB external hard drives here) ?
12  Other / Meta / Can't we make a dedicated space to sig campaigns on: May 31, 2018, 08:55:02 PM
I mean look at what is going on, people in masses are join the latest campaign(ARIANNE) which pays the best users 25 USD/weekly in BTC and that is pathetic , just 0.003 BTC weekly in order for the people to just post the hell out through the forum and no wonder why I have tried to find engageful discussions yet I have a lot of difficulties to find. If we can make a dedicated area of the forum where people wearing a sig campaign can post I think we can restore the forum to a certain point of having true discussions about bitcoin in general. We are near a year ,2020 where many people think we will see a high value of it (personally I am mining the hell out to the max of my extent, have invested 25.000 EUR in mining rigs together with 3 other friends) so it would be great to see more technological discussions rather than spammy post.
13  Economy / Currency exchange / Micro selling of BTC with PAYPAL on: May 29, 2018, 07:30:31 PM
I want to sell small amount of BTC from my personal mining rig. Because my paypal is limited you will send it to my contact paypal (the person taking care of the mining rigs I and some friends have in a nearby country, no problems doing so as I have done a few trades here with that account).

I sell only through Paypal and max amount per trade is 25 EUR. I send first to people I deem trustworthy and with a good history of trading in the forum.

Example of who I deem trustworthy, normally all the respectable members here that are here from a long time and have dealt a lot with Paypal but not only them. If you see my last untrusted feedback I have sent first BTC to a Full Member with 225 merits so even if you have a lot of merits but you have not green trust I may trade with you too.

I can do preev 1:1 rate.

I know the risks of Paypal so scammers don't even try.
14  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitpay Expired Invoice problem on: May 26, 2018, 11:18:06 AM
I have been converting my bitcoins through Skrill and Bitpay to money very easy from almost 1.5 years now. Today I wanted to upload bitcoins through skrill in order to withdraw them to my bank account after. A strange problem happens though, when I click Copy URL from Bitpay and paste it on my Electrum wallet, it is not anymore green (which means you can pay it) but it is in red (payment invoice expired). I know that payment invoices at bitpay expires after 15 minutes but this error happens as soon as I paste the URL to pay bitpay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
15  Economy / Scam Accusations / Gang of cheaters on: May 20, 2018, 08:55:16 PM
Unfortunately this gang just scammed for 190 USD some unsuspecting newbie. Unfortunately people who their eyes are bleeding for greed do not read feedback.

These accounts in the links below are all operated by the same person, they are trying to move the account selling to other parts of the forum, one of them changed the title from Hero account for sale to Selling verizon account, luckily I archived it, but the other account operated from the same person/gang moved their account selling from Invites and Accounts to Brasil/Portugues/Local board.

Here are the links for the gang.

Posting here, hoping that someone from DT tag all of them.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Is anyone interested in REAL arbitrage betting ? on: May 15, 2018, 04:33:50 PM
Is someone here really interested in arbitrage betting. Conditions are a bit on the higher side as you need to have at least 50-100 accounts in FIAT sportsbook and at least 1000 USD to bet on. What I will do is only give you a SUREBET whenever is possible with the arbitrage system. Of course my tipping has a service fee but only AFTER you have won money. SUREBETS aren't possible everyday but they can be found for someone with the specifics described above.

SUREBET example in the image below taken from a game which is actually running.

Details show that we can win 3.73% with this kind of bet.

I have done a lot of research about arbitrage betting and I think anyone with a great starting bankroll can make money.

Anyone interested in these kind of opportunities here ?

Edit: Image changed as I didn't see it was not 100% risk free the first one, 3.73% risk free win here.

I have taken as an example from the famous website but I have many others with even higher winning percentage.
17  Economy / Service Discussion / Am I safe ? on: May 04, 2018, 06:56:05 PM
I just opened my email to check it as I do every day and I saw 3 different IP had logged in my SKRILL account. I immediately didn't change password but added 2FA Authentication for Skrill. There is no way they to have find my Google password as I have it with 2FA too.
Am I safe or should I also change the password ?
18  Economy / Currency exchange / My Bitcoin for your Paypal (trusted member only) on: February 20, 2018, 07:02:37 PM
Have about 0.0038 BTC that want to exchange to Paypal 1:1 PREEV rate only. Trusted members only. Definition of a trusted member for me is someone who has made many transactions successfully through Paypal/BTC or viceversa.
19  Bitcoin / Alternative clients / How to create a new Ethereum in Exodus? on: February 19, 2018, 07:28:18 PM
I tried all options, read all google guides, checked out Exodus website. If there is no possibility to create a new Ethereum wallet , how to create a new Exodus wallet, just like in Electrum if this is possible ? Thanks in advance for your help.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / ASUS RX 570 STRIX rig problems on: February 07, 2018, 10:14:51 AM
As you know I have many mining rigs running stable with Sapphire Pulse RX 570 and RX 580. Running in an impressive way without restarting from more than one month, riser version 008S red cable color and with a small light (I give the merit to them because their transistors are the best I have seen in any riser). Now to the problem

Lately I found for a very cheap price at about 320 EUR/pc the ASUS Strix 570 and downloaded a bios from anorach tech as modifying it with Polaris didn't gave me any result. After flashing to the downloaded bios the hashrate went from 17.1 to 29.2 Mhsh per card. They keep running a few hours and then crash or shut down.

1150 and 2020 core and memory clock, also tried to lower them up to 1900 same problem. BIOS configuration perfectly done as always.

Any ideas ?
