I wanted to make this thread in hopes that the questions will be answered and it will help others. I am currently doing escrow with John K and there is some confusion from me and the buyer as to how to properly verify his sig.

Hey everyone,
I figured that as I've been getting requests here and there for escrow services, it would be better that if I made a thread about this to consolidate the matter. I'm providing this service FOC and as a service for the community, but tips are graciously accepted for my time.
I will issue a contract signed by my GPG key below, with the Bitcoin address embedded within the message. Please do not accept a Bitcoin address that is not GPG signed. Anyone who has dealt with my escrow services before knows what to expect in my contract, of course.
On the event that any problems arises, I will release the escrow to whichever party that presents me with the most convincing proof after an open discussion with others and/or theymos. I've invoked this point twice only in my escrow 'lifetime' , and both resulted in a satisfactory settlement by all parties.
As always, PM me if you need me - I'm generally responsive if you see me online.

If I wanted to create the steps what would they be? 1) download and install Kleopatra 2) create a .asc file with ? 3) verify message against that file ? 4) ?
I Dbasql am offering a 48 hour auction for a total of 6 AsicMiner direct shares at a starting price of 2.2 BTC per share.
Escrow is available with John K and I will pay the escrow cost! He has already agreed to do the escrow for the auction via PM. Please keep in mind that Friedcat and John K have been very busy. As soon as the auction is finished and payments are received I will submit the share(s) transfer. Please be patient during this time. Although I do not expect any major delays I Dbasql take no responsibilities for delays outside of my control for the share transfer process.
The minimum purchase is 1 share; of course the purchase of all 6 shares by one forum member would be preferred for everyone involved.
This auction will continue until the auction time expires. I reserve the right to end the auction with buy it now offers (posted only in this thread).
Bid format 1@2.2 minimum increment is .1 as in 1@2.3 If the winning auction payment(s) are not received within 24 hours after auction ends, the bid becomes invalid and the shares will be offered again.
All bids are binding, please do not bid if you do not intend on following through with your payment.
All payments in BTC only
No bidding via PM
Time auction ends is based on EST
Dividends will be forwarded to paid auction winners, if shares are not transferred before the September 25th 2013 payout. The dividends from September 18th 2013 are not part of this auction. This should provide enough time for a smooth transaction. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me.
Hello, I have a wallet that I use for Sat Dice with a very small amount of BTC. I am showing 1.85x BTC unconfirmed since Feb 17-18th. When I look at the transaction ID I do not see any information. Is it just gone at this point? I am not sure what else to check.
