Hi all Since SatoshiBet launched its casino in early 2013, Bitcoin gained an exponential amount of mainstream attention, of both users as lawmakers. As a consequence we have decided, effective immediately, to close SatoshiBet.com to US players. All US-based IP's are from this moment onwards unable to access the website and any of its services. After deliberate guidance on the matter by our legal counsel, blocking US players was deemed the best way to mitigate any legal liability for SatoshiBet and its shareholders moving forward. This does not mean SatoshiBet or gambling with or without cryptocurrencies is illegal in the US. The definition by US courts is as of yet highly unclear, adding cryptocurrencies to the equation only further clouds a definite judgement. Several requests of me to fix this issue have been ignored.
Just a fair warning, as long as bestbitcoincasino does not change the URL's to the rightful casino, it's just a spam site and I advise everyone to stay away from Bito͘o͘mBa as far as possible with any real BTC.

Lately we have gotten a lot of "code -4" errors for transactions. People try to withdraw, for example 0.00001 BTC, it gives us an error "code -4", which according to this page https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/src/bitcoinrpc.h#L34 equals "Unspecified problem with wallet (key not found etc.)". We are trying to see what exactly causes the problem and what we can do to fix this, but could use some help. One thing we tried was clearing the hot wallet and refilling it, as 1 BTC on the hot wallet might be easily a few 100 transactions. But that doesn't seem to do too much as far as we see. Any help on this topic would be appreciated, thanks! |
