And 10 Ghash/s is about 2^33, why can't eazy mining new block ? Why need 303 Phash/s (F2Pool) 2^58???

Hello everyone, i just study about bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies stuff. So I try to build a local testnet with " SmallChage". After break a lot problem, The compile and first genisis block setting is complete... What is next step? Now status: 1. Complie is Done. 2. Two computer in local network , can connect with addnode"XXX.XXX.XXX" 3. When use the Qt version core, dashboard always show (70000 block need to sync), but there is no block actually) 4.
