You may mine it but I think it is more important to post as many stupid pingas meme pictures in this thread as possible. Or videos. I mean come on guys. That is what counts.
I may do something worthwhile when I wake up sober but I may also simply ignore it. Throw your precious hashes at it at your own risk. Cheesy
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Primecoin Testnet Addnotes? on: July 25, 2013, 03:23:59 AM
Search for this has proven difficult so a thread seems to be in order - does anybody have some testnet addnodes to offer? I just can't find a blocksource. Sad
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [ANN] FastCoin p2pool on: May 29, 2013, 07:23:54 AM
Works for me, found its first block, also paid me.

Set to 1% fee - but still paid my miners everything. So fee is probably 0%.

Come and try it out!

You should send first unless your account looks more trustworthy than mine.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [ANN] [PXC] Phenixcoin P2Pool located in Germany on: May 27, 2013, 01:02:37 PM
I set up a p2pool for Phenixcoin and tested it over night, found 2 blocks and appeared to be working correctly - my miners received payout.

This is my first p2pool so I set the fee to 1% so I can check whether the fee actually works.

I could not find any other p2pools for Phenixcoin (i.e. I am apparently mining alone right now) so I'd appreciate any hashrate sent my way so we can actually find some blocks.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Finding p2pool networks.py values for new altcoins on: May 23, 2013, 09:06:31 PM
I have read all google and forum results I could find, it appears that nobody ever mentioned how to find a few certain values for the two networks.py files in p2pool:

SUBSIDY_FUNC
ADDRESS_VERSION
P2P_PREFIX

IDENTIFIER
PREFIX

I think I pretty much understand what all the other values do. However those 5 (and especially the hex values) make no sense to me. Do you strip them somewhere from the compiled source when a new coin has arrived?

Cheers!

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [WTB] 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC on: May 05, 2013, 04:21:54 AM
Old thread removed.

I want to buy 20.000 BQC for 4 BTC.

Since I do not have a high post count I would only trade with a trusted member (me sending first) or somebody who would be willing to send first, since this is a shitton of money for me.
