Ang masakit pa, tila paulit-ulit lang ang sistema, mga proyekto na overprice, ghost employees, at pera ng bayan na parang wala lang.

Kaya tanong ko sa inyo mga kababayan: kaya kaya ng blockchain technology na putulin ang ganitong klaseng korapsyon?
Kung transparent at traceable lahat ng transactions sa gobyerno, baka mas mahirapan nang magbulsa ng pondo ang mga kurakot na opisyal.

I’ve always wondered if sports betting can actually be learned the same way you develop skills in poker or trading. Some bettors claim they’ve improved over time , studying player stats, team form, odds movement, and even learning how to manage their bankroll properly.

But others still say it doesn’t matter how much research you do, because one bad call, injury, or last-minute play can ruin everything. So is it really a skill, or just controlled gambling that gives you the illusion of strategy?

I just want to say, I’m really thankful that Bitcoin was invented. Without it, we’d still be fully under government control, every transaction tracked, every move monitored, and every rule forced on us even when it’s unfair.

Bitcoin gave us something that banks and politicians can’t easily touch, and that is financial freedom. You can send money across borders without asking permission, protect your savings from inflation, and support causes even when governments try to silence them.

Look at what’s happening in countries with abusive governments... people in places like Venezuela, Nigeria, and Argentina use Bitcoin to survive hyperinflation and avoid frozen bank accounts. Even activists and journalists in countries with censorship rely on Bitcoin to receive support safely.

For me, Bitcoin is more than just investment or profit. It’s proof that no matter how powerful governments become, people will always find a way to take back control.

Lately, napansin ko ang dami nang gumagamit ng crypto, lalo na Bitcoin, sa online sports betting. May mga sites gaya ng Stake, Rollbit, Betpanda at iba pa na tumatanggap ng BTC at ibang crypto. Pero ang tanong, legal ba ito sa Pilipinas?

Technically, alam nating regulated ang online gambling ng PAGCOR, at dapat licensed locally ang operator. Pero karamihan sa mga crypto-based sites ay hosted abroad, kaya hindi sakop ng local jurisdiction. So kung maglaro ka gamit Bitcoin, parang grey area siya, hindi rin totally illegal, pero hindi rin protected ng PH laws. Ang advantage naman, hindi mo kailangan mag-cash in gamit GCash or bank, kasi direct from wallet to wallet lang. Privacy din ang isa sa mga dahilan bakit maraming Pinoy bettors gusto ito.

Pero kung sakaling manalo ka ng malaki, pwede kaya itong ma-trace ng BIR o BSP?
At kung ma-ban man ng gobyerno ang mga crypto casinos, paano nila ito ipapatupad kung decentralized naman?

The EU is reportedly planning to sanction A7A5, a ruble-backed stablecoin created with support from a Russian state-owned bank. They’re worried it’s being used to bypass sanctions and facilitate international transactions outside of traditional banking systems.

It’s interesting because this shows how governments can easily target or restrict centralized stablecoins, especially those tied to a specific currency or state.
Unlike Bitcoin, these coins depend on issuers, reserves, and regulatory permission, all of which can be frozen or sanctioned at any time.

Sabi ni Matthew Sigel ng VanEck, kung makuha lang daw ni Bitcoin ang kalahati ng demand ng gold bilang store of value, posibleng umabot ang presyo niya hanggang $644,000 per BTC. 

Interesting kasi parang nagkakaroon na talaga ng generational shift.. yung mga older investors, loyal pa rin sa gold; pero yung mga kabataan, mas naniniwala sa digital assets.

Last July 1, The Security and Exchange Commission warns the Filipino community in regard to the crypto investment scheme as a claim like a Ponzi scheme.

This is their claims...

I read this article( though this was created last month) and I found out the reality upon this statement.

The market research organization, The Tokenist, recently published a report called “Comparing Public Bitcoin Adoption Rates in 2020 vs 2017.” The study’s findings give a comprehensive look at the cryptocurrency ecosystem between 2017 and now. The researchers’ survey shows that since the post-Covid-19 economy is setting in, trust in bitcoin has grown 29% in the past three years.
