Hi Guys. I am waiting 27 days for a withdrawal of 2400 euro from MtGox account.
This transaction is still in "confirmed" stage since the 23rd of May, However I made another withdrawal on the 5th of Jun, for 110$ which has arrived in 2 days.

This is the session that I had with MtGox support today.

To be honest it is worrying, but I will let you decide.

All the withdrawals are queued and will be processed according to the queue. Once your queue is reached, the withdrawal will be processed.

Linda. you are contradicting yourself by saying that there is a queue. you have stated above that I have made 2 withdrawals. in the past month. one in 27 days ago and one in about 14 days ago, and from those withdrawals the latest one come through. Can you explain that if you have a queue how come that the later made withdrawal is in my acocunt and the one waiting for 27 days is not?

I apologize for the inconvenience caused and I can certainly understand how hard it is to wait for the funds withdrawn. We prioritize withdrawals as per the requested date and at times the smaller withdrawals get processed sooner because the value is less.

If we have a fewer limits left for a day and if the value of the withdrawal as per the queue is high the system will process the next withdrawal that matches with the limits available.

Hi All.

Got an MtGox withdrawal on the 23.05.2013 for 2400 euro and it is still not on my bank account.
Later on, I had another withdrawal for a much lesser 110 euro on the 05.06.2013, which has arrived after 2 days!

I opened a support ticket, which they replied with the standard canned answer, advising me to the Q&A section in regards to withdrawal times, and they also mentioned that my payment in the queue.

When I replied explaining that there is no queue exist, because my 110 euro payment was requested some 2 weeks later, and that arrived within 2 days, they replied back with some bullshit that they will ask their Banking department on the status.

What I think is happening:

They must have a daily limit of how much money they can transfer.
As a business it is logical to pay our 200 small payments rather than one large one, because you keep 200 people happy, however I don't think that this is fair, as the ones with bigger payments are the ones that making them more money.

Sorry if I sound a bit upset, but this bugs me.

As of right now the status of the withdrawal on the 2400 is still only confirmed.

Any idea what I can do?

Currently I am into LTC mining and Yes. I know that this is a Bitcoin forum,

but as the wind blows the Alternate Cryptocurrencies thread is happened to become as busy as ever.

Going through the threads, I just realised that we have everything dumped in to here. Some asking about Mining hardware, some asking about namecoin prices. etc...

Please vote to show to the moderators that we would like sections like Mining, Trading, and all the major sub-threads. to make our bunch more organised.

Hi lads.

I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but I withdrawn euro from my MTGox account, on the 04.04.13 and 11 days later it is still in confirmed status.

Now, I understand that they are under extreme pressure with the new accounts daily and all, but in general what I'm hearing from the BTC community is that a withdrawal shouldn't take more than 5-10 days.

My biggest issue that the status of the withdrawal is only confirmed and not even processed yet. Which means that the bank transfer will take at least a couple of more days.

Any info appreciated.
