1  Bitcoin / Mining support / White screen while mining on: July 06, 2013, 05:05:07 PM
While I'm mining normally with cgminer-3.1.0-win or GUIMiner, after about 1 and a half hours, the GPU fans start running at %100 and I get a white screen or something like this:

I always check the temps and make sure they're below 95 so they're not overheating.
My mobo is a Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 and I didn't have any problem with it since I bought it 2 years ago.
My GPUs are 2 PowerColor 5670's and they do a good 150Mh/s. They are overclocked but this problem also occurs without overclocking.
This problem doesn't happen while normal usage or gaming.
Drivers aren't up to date because of Crossfire problems with PowerColor 5670's in newer drivers. They are 12.8.
This problem didn't occur until 2 weeks ago.

So what can be the problem?

4  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin has lost %50 of its value in 4 hours on: April 10, 2013, 07:26:19 PM
At this rate, BTC will probably get down to double digits in 24 hours and start to recover in 72 hours.

My two bitcents.
5  Economy / Speculation / Hate to say it but.. on: April 10, 2013, 04:51:47 PM

6  Other / Beginners & Help / Can I buy FPGAs from BFL anymore? on: April 10, 2013, 05:03:21 AM
They don't exist on their products page even though I know that they sold FPGAs before. Are they replaced by ASICs now?
7  Other / Beginners & Help / 5670 is very efficient on: April 07, 2013, 07:52:46 AM
Yes, it is very efficient. It does 150mh/s slightly overclocked(850 core) and it is only 50$! So you can get 600mh/s for a mere 200$. 6870 does that for 250$! But before you run to your local store, be sure to buy Powercolor ones because they're slightly different from regular 5670's. Here be pics:

running at 290mh/s

Probably the "Juniper" text caught your eye. That's why I said that the Powercolor ones are different! Now go and buy some 5670's!
