1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / What we were dreaming, now is the reality! on: January 15, 2021, 09:18:29 PM
I remember a few years ago, not so long ago but 3, 4 years ago, When we used to dream and talk about mass adoption, institute investments, big sharks, and companies coming for the take just to bring us the opportunity to benefit from the Bitcoin, I'm talking about us, the small ones, little ones, us the community behind the Bitcoin, believing in it and supporting it with whatever we've got. What we were dreaming is now the reality.

We used to dream about prices above $20k, but now look at the price, it's way more above $30k, of course, we have had our ups and downs, our peace and war, agreements and disagreements, but now we stand victor, years of disbelief, understatement, hate speeches, haters, etc.

Holders of yesterday now are the winners, this is the fruit of their patience now, do not stop believing in Bitcoin, fight as you have fought before, go on and keep going, if you feel it's time to get out, then cash out and go home, if you still believe in the system, then keep holding and wait for the big turn ahead, because the ride has just started, and there is a long road ahead of us.

I would like to congratulate everyone who believed and stood by Bitcoin, hope to see more and big changes for us all in the years to come.
many of us never thought about the price to rise this much, of course, we used to speculate and dream about it, but now that we are in this moment, it just feels unreal, happy to be a part of this community, cheers everyone!
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / History is repeating itself or not? on: January 01, 2021, 01:42:40 AM
First of all, hello everyone, I'm back after a few years.
So much has changed, glad that forum is still here.

To the point now, I remember that after Trump was elected, Bitcoin started to rise and headed for the top, but after a while and slowly it started to fall.
I have looked at the price from time to time, seeing prices below $4k, then watching the price shooting up following the US election.
What I would like to know, are we gonna see history repeating itself like before or this time is different? what I mean is that, are we gonna see the same changes in the market, a few countries playing with the market since this market is somewhat decentralized? and then we see the price going down again?

Ps, non-english user here, will improve my grammar.

4  Economy / Scam Accusations / Legolas Exchange Scam on: January 30, 2018, 08:03:06 PM
Hello,
Legolas exchange ICO with a signature campaign of almost 200 participants has failed to pay after the first week, They also paid short for the first week, They have only paid a few people after the first week to be seen as though they were paying. They have claims such as having 40,000 registration for their ICO but they haven't paid their advertisers and have a thread with only 6 pages.

The amount is between $6000 and $8000.

I have their signature on my profile with their avatar for more than 3 weeks now, there is an indifferent person managing the campaign, I know they have their own way of dodging the bullet, Link to some evidence. Link to their signature campaign.

I know that it was a no escrow campaign, I joined knowing the risk, I'm just making sure to warn people of what kind of people they are.
5  Other / Meta / You don't remove likely scams, But you do remove other threads? on: October 31, 2017, 07:50:48 AM
You removed some threads without letting us know which ones, But you don't remove likely scams or blatant scams? If they are sh*tposts then why do you clean it by yourself? You should show them to us before cleaning otherwise we'll keep sh*tposting. Is there a new mod here taking his job seriously too much?
6  Other / Off-topic / How to use a super computer remotely? on: August 03, 2017, 02:49:31 PM
Hello people, I wanted to know if there is anything like a super computer or at least a powerful computer that could do whatever I could usually do with my own desktop computer but this time I only receive the end results on my screen.
Imagine if you could render graphical frames with the most highest quality impossible for your own PC to handle but you could use a remote PC to do the hard work and all you'd need would be a fast internet connection, so why you guys instead of creating so many useless ICOs and projects, why don't you make this idea of mine to happen?

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / 20 pages thread deleted need advice please. on: April 19, 2017, 10:19:18 AM
Recently I saw a thread in alt coin ann section which was offering $9300 free giveaway or 100,000 RCHAIN (clone called YOURCHAIN/URHOC) and as a stupid teenager I posted an ETH address and surprisingly I've received 100K or 10K not really sure but I did receive them now since I got my 3 posts there deleted I figured it must've been something important.

Now I need to know whether those tokens can be traded or just fake and worthless? if they worth nothing then no problem but if they can be considered something like DAO or whatever it was (stupid contract we should call them Cheesy ) and can cause other people to lose their money I need to know where should I send them back or what needs to be done.

Thanks.

11  Bitcoin / Project Development / 4K screenshots of block chain? on: March 23, 2017, 01:52:01 PM
Please don't bombard me with insults or think that I'm stupid, I just have an idea and simply want to know if it could be used in any way not just for bitcoin but for any thing what so ever.

Could we take snap shots/screen shots of the data in the block chain in a way that you could practically zoom in a couple of hundreds percent and see the data in such a way that you could take a screen shot of data with 200MB size but put it in a 40MB 4K resolution image/picture and hash the images in a block chain to make it so no one ever change or manipulate the pixels?

This is just pure concept without any technical details, I know that I have average IQ but I'm not in any way educated regarding computer languages/science.
12  Economy / Speculation / Despite all the FUD Bitcoin proved to be worth it! on: March 01, 2017, 01:08:36 PM
Bitcoin now worth $1200 with all the FUD and hatred with all the negative opinions about bitcoin, it's performance during past 3 months has proven that bitcoin is a serious currency with a bright future.
BEAT THAT!
Almost $20B market capital, literally from zero to hero Cheesy I don't see those idiots always talked about $200 is the real price any more.
Now mining makes more sense than ever.
13  Other / Beginners & Help / How to remotely operate any system? on: November 01, 2016, 01:08:36 PM
I want to be able to first chose the hardware like MB/RAM/CPU/GPU/HDD with installed preferred operating system, and I open my browser here at home then enter a link or sign in somewhere and my system being at my disposal to download and run and install whatever I want though with high internet speed and even shutting down, restarting or turning on all by me.

Where can I find and pay for it by bitcoin?
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / How about this kind of fairness? on: September 19, 2016, 03:50:42 AM
We all know almost what provably fair is but not everyone good at math or want to struggle with hashes and seeds and numbers, digits etc.
Not everyone able to figure out the provably fair system.

What if there was a system that everyone could easily understand and trust 100%?

Could we have a system that works like this? : I chose a number between 0-9 then I roll the dice then you(casino) randomly generate a number between 0-9 when I click on <49 or >51  but now for example I click on <49 while I have selected 3 and your generated number is 4 so I lose because 3 becomes the first digit and 4 the second digit=34 which is under 49.

But if I chose 5 and putted a bet on <49 it can't be considered as first digit because whatever your number might be the result is in my favor and instead only after your generated number is revealed like 8 if my chosen number was 5 or above and selected bet<49 then your generated number counts as first digit=85 I win.

I select 9 and put a bet on >51 and your randomly generated number is 6 I lose either way because 96 or 69 both are bigger than >51.

If I bet on >51 and chose any number from 4 and lower then your number is the first digit but you don't know what my number is so if you randomly generated is 9 still can be considered as the first digit in this case=94 and I lose.

Only thing is to make it impossible for you to know my selected number.
I think this kind of simplification could gain the trust and attract masses to play and gamble at any dice casino.

Please note that I'm not a math genius so if there is any flaws in my suggestion feel free to correct them. Wink
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Block Chain Technology Usefulness?!!! on: September 17, 2016, 03:04:10 AM
Block chain technology was first used as the platform for bitcoin?
Are we going to see it being used only by crypto currencies and nothing else?

Could you mention the different areas which in we could use this technology and benefit from it?

17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Dice To Earn Or For Fun? on: September 04, 2016, 03:48:39 PM
I am playing dice for some few days and earning instead of losing with a new method invented by my self or even if it was invented before I didn't know anything about it I came up with this method by my self, now you think is it right if I keep winning ?

Do any of you guys earning daily  from dice? or you just play for fun and leave it to chance whether you win or lose?
18  Economy / Speculation / Price Drop, Real Reasons? on: August 03, 2016, 01:20:50 PM
What could be the real reasons behind the recent price dropping of bitcoin?
Do people really control the rises and drops of the price?
From near $700 to $550 in 2 days is a huge risk for anyone to consider entering bitcoin don't you think?
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Developers Forcing Themselves!! on: July 24, 2016, 11:26:44 PM
One thing is for sure that is while the alt coin(sh*t) coins are hot story these days seems many developers coming out of no where and then introduce a new coin and funny thing is they take their cut before the coin even launches, meaning they say something like : "we the dev team are taking pre mining or what ever excuse they can come up with for our work and as our share.
WTF? you make a scam coin and take a large amount to sell later in a massive pump, and people are OK with it and  soon after announcement we see some one comes and says :"I run a pool" or "great idea I'm in"or "block explorer with me" and all supporting it.

They are forcing their work to people and taking a huge share from our pockets while we go and trade those coins.
Every day a new coin coming out and all the big players or should I say big scammers and thieves get in bed with them to screw people over. shame on you.
20  Other / Meta / Completely Deleted Thread! on: June 25, 2016, 08:26:22 AM
There was a thread which I had 2 posts in it but after 1 hour seems no where to be found, couldn't find my posts nothing at all.
Is this common in this forum? I know when a post gets deleted you receive a PM telling you about it but how come I didn't get anything at all?
